12/11/2024: the pizza is really excellent, I've been going there for a while and I've never been disappointed by the choice, the quality of the pizza is excellent even if I find the cost a little too high; another point to highlight is the staff, who have always been kind and ready to serve you, especially for a boy with glasses who, with his kindness and his smile, makes you want to come back. 08/03/2025: I'm not a regular customer but when I'm in San Bovio I go there, or rather I used to go there.... because I've always eaten well, very well indeed, but today we had a bad experience. Definitely the excellent sliced ​​acottona, tender but served cold and RAW grilled vegetables!!! The Angus grill was also cold and has raw vegetables and also the main piece was not as good as in the past, for example the pleura had not been removed. I'm sorry because it's a nice place, staff are ready and helpful but this time we're not really there about the food.

I didn't understand why €2.80 if they displayed so much of the price list with caf €1.20 and brioche €1.20.... Maybe the prices have increased in the meantime?? Unfortunately returned today March 3rd...very disappointing...ordered à la carte spaghetti with clams floating in oil...paccheri alla ghiotta...identical to the dish of the day without shellfish and everything was floating in oil. Staff not up to par...they don't know wine and ingredients. I don't know if the owner has changed and he isn't present today... but we will absolutely never return

09/02/2025: You were my go-to pizzeria when I ordered takeaway (at least once a month) Last night I ordered 2 pizzas, coca-cola, mozzarella and chips at 7.44pm, the app indicated arrival by 8.30pm and everything was ok from there. 9.00 pm No one showed up, I call and they tell me that they are preparing and that I would have them within half an hour. 9.30pm still nothing, I call back and they guarantee me another 10 minutes, I ask to cancel the order and refund me but they don't agree because they were already being prepared. 10pm still nothing, I call back and they say it's on its way... And once again they don't agree to refund me. The pizzas arrived at 10.20pm!! The app says that the pizzas were delivered at 8.40pm, which is absolutely NOT true. I say, if you are full you make a better impression by not accepting other orders, or at least agree to proceed with the refund when you intend to be a good TWO HOURS late, or warn the customer so that he can decide if he wants to wait that long, as you can see, the alternatives are there and you gain in trust and credibility, but don't make fun of people out of courtesy. Among other things, I asked for mozzarella and you delivered Ascoli olives. This behavior and this teasing of people is indecent.

The problem is the immense delays: 3 times I ordered pizza here, and every time it arrived promptly at least an hour late, all peppered with insults from the owner every time I called to ask for explanations. I can understand that people try to "accumulate" 3 or 4 deliveries together to save money, but at least give a realistic delivery time so that people can organize themselves: this is a joke!!!

02/12/2024: Venivamo qui per gustare un buon mojto e devo dire che siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti. È stato integrato il personale con una ragazza scortese ed incapace. Il mojto da lei preparato era imbevibile. Fortunatamente è arrvata un'altra ragazza che ce lo ha sostituito. Un plauso a questa ragazza (che già conoscevamo) ma per favore un po' più di attenzione al nuovo personale.
