15/11/2024: I shot 4 in the area. It is undoubtedly the best so far. Excellent pizza, friendly and helpful staff. They made us 4 off-menu pizzas, all good and with great availability towards the customer. Highly digestible due to the superior quality dough

10/11/2024: Intrigued by the positive but unfortunately dated reviews (many from The Fork and many from a long time ago), we were not intimidated by the most recent reviews and booked to try this pizzeria which, not being clearly visible and has little parking, we had not never seen before. Although the staff is not very welcoming but kind in their ways, for what we found in terms of quality of the food and cooking techniques and for the digestion problems (we had dinner at 8pm and now, at 10am, we still have heartburn), at the moment we cannot give a positive opinion and unfortunately we have to confirm the most recent opinions released by other users, probably something must have changed in the last period... Since I am never happy to issue such a negative opinion but, we must be objective with those who read the reviews, we will try to return later and see if we can change the rating and review but, at the moment I can only write the following... From a place which, according to the reviews years ago, also appeared to do cooking, currently only serves pizza and one would expect a quality product but, already from the appearance it was evident that there was a big cooking error and little pre-cooking leavening, that is, low crust and overcooked, a symptom of raw pizza. In addition to this problem, there are other errors such as the tomato puree which is acidic and lacking in flavor which, combined with buffalo mozzarella that was not drained, made the pizza a puddle of tasteless water. The other pizza was supposed to have grilled vegetables but, looking at the photo, it is clear that the vegetables have never been on a grill and were probably seared on a griddle or pan, resulting in the vegetables being semi-raw. As regards the shape, I can understand that to speed up the setting of the tables, placemats and paper napkins are used but, certainly not the canteen ones at dinner... I repeat that I never like to be so crude in evaluations and reviews but, at the moment I have no positive notes (kindness aside)... we will try to return, perhaps with a takeaway and see if our first visit was just unlucky or, confirm the most recent. P.s. responding to those who usually leave positive reviews because they left you a negative review should make you think and perhaps use it to improve yourself and not pretend to apologize and then get angry as I have read in some cases. It's advice to improve yourself in this too.

21/01/2025: If you suffer from the cold, this hotel is for you. You don't need to cover up in your room. The restaurant serves good dishes at fairly good prices, clean and comfortable rooms, desks and armchairs suitable for those who bring work into the room

14/02/2025: We come from Varese Very well organized Valentine's evening. Personal, approachable and available. Cozy environment. A good menu. For the occasion, the presence of DJs Albino and Margherita will enliven everything with karaoke and dancing. First time here and there will definitely be others.

09/02/2025: Siamo assidui avventori e questi sono i nostri voti. MENÙ: 5 Pizze e dolci sono veramente buoni, ma anche su primi e secondi se la cavano. Ottima carta dei vini per essere un ristorante dai prezzi tutto sommato popolari. LOCATION: 5 Sia l'interno che l'esterno sono molto curati e nella sala principale c'è anche una buona insonorizzazione, nonostante sia sempre piena. Da migliorare la saletta secondaria e il bagno, che meriterebbero una rinfrescata. SERVIZIO: 3 Il tasto dolente. Ottimo per la parte di prenotazione (disponibile sulle piattaforme) e della gestione (ti arriva conferma e reminder su Whatsapp). Male per le tempistiche, soprattutto per la pizza e sulla gestione dei momenti di picco, dove i camerieri si scusano più che dare tempistiche o farsi perdonare l'attesa con un antipasto della casa offerto. 2 volte ci hanno fatto un importante sconto alla cassa per scusarsi, nonostante non l'avessimo chiesto. CONTO: 4 In linea con i prezzi di un'ottima trattoria

13/01/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante-pizzeria per cena con amici. Ogniuno di noi ha scelto qualcosa di diverso, chi ha optato per una pizza, chi per pasta e altri ancora per un secondo di carne. Servizio e personale efficiente, nonostante il locale fosse affollato, e il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. La location è davvero incantevole, con attenzione ai dettagli che rendono l’ambiente perfetto. Per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità-prezzo, l’ho trovato giusto rispetto alla qualità delle pietanze e al servizio offerto. Personalmente ho scelto la pizza “Lucifero” (foto allegata), una vera delizia; cornicione ripieno di ricotta, spianata piccante, cipolla rossa, fior di latte, olive taggiasche, origano, basilico e un filo d’olio… un mix perfetto di sapori intensi e ben bilanciati. Lo consiglio molto e ci ritornerò
