McDonald's In Lainate

CLEAN LIKE FEW MCDONALD'S I'VE SEEN PERSONALLY AND VERY KIND STAFF.....

LOVELY! Tasty! To much caramel on pancakes 😋 Minuses: tiramisu to sweet and not tasty:( and juice in glass, not in bottles. And I think that everything have to bring same time.

Mc drive thru with at least half an hour of queue

A McDonald's with an edge, perfectly managed, very friendly staff and a very clean environment.

As always, McDonalds is consistent with its food and branding.

Don't ask for the drink cap when the base is made of cardboard and the bag is paper... I can't imagine how the food got home.

I went the other evening and after a misunderstanding of the order they remade my order and even gave me the wrong one, they were super courteous and kind

After a long time, I stopped by McDonald's in Lainate for a quick lunch!! However, the chaotic service and the food quality haven't improved since last time. Fortunately, I was delighted to meet Miriam at the bar again, who always stands out for her courtesy and professionalism!! I hope other employees at the restaurant can follow her example. L

The outdoor play area was unfortunately out of order. This was particularly disappointing during a stopover after a long car journey with children. We had to wait a long time for standard orders, even though there weren't many customers. Our burgers were also cold. The restrooms, which were filthy during our visit, were another disappointment. The Lidl across the street is convenient.

I've been frequenting this McDonald's for years, both for breakfast and occasionally in the afternoon. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and friendly. I'd like to compliment Rossella on her professionalism and the friendliness she shows everyone. I've noticed particular attention to cleanliness, both inside and out, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
