24/11/2025: I've rarely encountered such gross rudeness from the moment I booked.
After calling several times, I was asked to send an email. After sending an email with all the reservation details, I called to confirm and was told that with children, it's not possible to book so far in advance and to call back on December 17th for the 20th. Finally, when I insisted on booking, they gave me the option of booking only with a 50% deposit, stating that if there were fewer guests than the number booked, we would have to cover the entire cost of those who were absent… all accompanied by hasty, unpleasant, and rude responses.

I ordered a cake with cream and chopped pistachios, topped with dark chocolate shavings. Well, even though the sponge cake was acceptable, the cream didn't taste much like pistachios, and the shavings weren't dark, but milk... but the worst part was the chopped pistachios, which were full of wooden shells! We constantly risked breaking our teeth, and we had to spit them out. A very bad experience, proving that you have to know how to work with pistachios... but overall, the cake was made with a bad habit!

10/03/2026: A simple but charming place, the food is good and cheap. With the €11 menu, I had a very generous plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce, a grilled fish dish, and a side of lettuce and tomatoes. Water and coffee are included in the price. You can choose from a variety of first courses, second courses, and side dishes.

13/03/2026: I've been hearing about this place for years (at least 20), and today, finally, we went.
A classic family outing, nothing fancy.
The place is very welcoming, the food is excellent with a wide selection, the service is very friendly yet professional, and the event management is great.
Like Mecca, you have to go at least once in your life.
15/02/2026: Terrible food, inedible meat, extremely slow service, cake served cold from the fridge, coffee with a broken cup in the handle and on the occasion of our visit the music band was very poor... so we will definitely never return.

Even before the quality of the food, it's the way you treat your customers that makes the difference. I strongly recommend reviewing your customer service approach if you want to maintain a good reputation.

01/05/2025: Siamo stati con amici il 1° maggio a parte l'antipasto il resto del pranzo molto deludente. Certamente NON lo consiglieremo visto anche il prezzo di 55 euro a testa.
Altra nota dolente il vino di scarsa qualità, e per finire abbiamo dovuto pagare in anticipo il pranzo (MAI VISTO)
22/04/2025: Per Pasquetta siamo andati all' agriturismo Ranza.
Eravamo in dieci ( otto adulti e due bambini).
Posto splendido, animali ben tenuti in spazi confortevoli.
Menù dì qualità, buone le materie prime:
Antipasto con salumi, formaggi dell' Alpe, verdurine sotto olio.
Di qualità e buona la quantità.
Primo: strozzapreti al sugo del pastore e spezzato carni dell' allevamento dell' agriturismo: buoni!
Secondo: manzetta alla griglia, con fuoco per la griglia preparato al momento nel grande giardino che circonda l'agriturismo.
Agnello con patate della nonna al forno: buone e abbondanti le porzioni.
Come dolce la colomba accompagnata da cremina al mascarpone.
Caffè,digestivo, acqua e vino inclusi nel prezzo.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Personale gentile, veloce e professionale.
La signora Egle, cortese e affabile,passa nei tavoli a chiedere quale sia l'esperienza personale.

04/02/2025: Nuestra primera vez fuera en Milán fantástico anfitrión por Leo y la comida estaban todos recién hechos, tenemos todos pueden comer x 2 y 1 cerveza japonesa y 1 cerveza china la frescura y la presentación increíble todo era increíble y pequeño lugar paquete completo y llevar entrega también 🙏Gracias chef por la comida increíble
