24/10/2023: Local located in Bollate, it does not have its own parking but can easily be found in the street. We found out about this place through friends. We often go on Sundays to get desserts. The food is all prepared fresh, you can feel it in the consistency of the desserts, especially the iris. A little advice for those who buy iris and eat it at home: heat it a little in the oven. The very tasty savory dish is also excellent. We will return to eat bread and panelle.

17/03/2024: This sushi restaurant is the best in Bollate and I'll immediately show you the reasons. It's the only one where you can eat both sushi and Italian at the same table and not divided like in other places. Being adjacent to the "Versiglia" restaurant you have this possibility and the fundamental thing is that they are two different restaurants but the owner is the same. My wife doesn't eat sushi and for me this solution is fundamental. Location: elegant modern oriental style, very clean and everything in maniacal order. I really liked the fact that on each table there were mini teapots with soy sauce inside, at least there wasn't the usual original bottle you find in supermarkets. Staff: very fast and tidy. In my opinion it's the best here too because I finally found waiters and the girl at the register who understand everything you ask them and respond in a complete and exhaustive way, not as has happened many times where they respond with a very fake smile and say "now come boy explain "obviously if I go to a Japanese restaurant I can't know everything and I happen to ask, here you will have direct but above all quick and clear answers. The girl at the checkout is very nice and friendly and makes you feel at home. They are on a whole other level at this sushi restaurant. Food: very good there is nothing to complain about. You can feel the freshness of the products and above all I didn't leave feeling weighed down like in other places. Top quality. Prices for all you can eat normal.

29/02/2024: I am a regular customer. I have always been happy with both the food (the products are of high quality) and the service. Today I went to the restaurant for a working lunch with some colleagues and the only thing I have to ask is: is everything okay? Let's start from the fact that on the phone when I booked no one alluded to the fact that the place is different. It wasn't intuitive to find it. Having said that, the waiter who welcomed us treated us badly from the first moment we set foot in the restaurant. The limited menu, pizzas that maybe there are maybe not, the starters not but I can make you a mixed cuoppo. Taking the order was difficult, it almost seemed as if the waiter was in a state of acute confusion. I was shocked, I don't think I'll go back again.

The environment is not large, the tables are quite close together, if you are looking for privacy it is not the right place. Given the type of evening I expected a more generous discount, but instead only 5 euros were discounted.
