19/10/2025: Regular customers: Welcoming restaurant, friendly and efficient staff, good food, well-cooked, excellent meat, and superb picaña. Always some interesting bonus on the app.
Recommended for everyone, always with promotions for everyone, even children.
14/10/2025: an experience not to be repeated, meat that looked like the sole of my shoe even though I had expressly said rare, I ordered the chicken and I received a portion of onion rings.

28/11/2025: I ordered a crepe and a fruit salad, both good, but does it seem normal to you that there were about ten people and I had to wait 46 minutes when I was among the first and the last ones were served first? Unacceptable behavior, worthy of ONE star.
05/07/2025: Sconsiglio questo posto a causa di un cameriere maleducato, mi figlia di 2 anni ha rovesciato per sbaglio un po’ di granita per terra e il cameriere si è lamentato svariate volte mettendoci a disagio e ha fatto poi scatenare diverse lite. Non ci tornerei mai più, granita alla coca che sapeva di ghiaccio sciolto, e maleducazione dei dipendenti.

04/12/2025: THEY NEVER USE GLOVES TO PICK UP PRODUCTS FOR THE CUSTOMERS. THEY DON'T EVEN USE A PAPER TISSUE TO PICK UP THE PRODUCT TO GIVE TO THE CUSTOMER OR TO PUT IT IN THE BAG. IN SHORT, A TOTAL LACK OF HYGIENE. USE GLOVES!!!!!
04/12/2025: TOTAL LACK OF HYGIENE, THEY TAKE FOOD WITH THEIR HANDS WITHOUT GLOVES AND WITHOUT EVEN A PAPER TISSUE. THEY DO IT ALL THE TIME AND TO EVERYONE, SO IT WAS NOT AN ISOLATED EPISODE. DISGUSTING!!!!!!

30/12/2025: Unfortunately, it was an unpleasant experience. I went to this place for a takeout order and paid in cash. The employee, Giulia, chose to give me change in 2- and 5-cent coins. Despite pointing out that the coins were too large and politely asking for change, she replied, "I don't have any more coins." Shortly thereafter, one of her colleagues was very helpful and changed my change without any problem, demonstrating that I did have the coins available. I was deeply disappointed to receive this unfriendly treatment; I believe that courtesy and helpfulness towards customers should be the priority, no matter what.

22/12/2025: The food quality was very, very poor (brioche, aperitif, etc.). The girls were nice (some), but others were much less so. Luca, Valeria, Chiara, and Alessia were all great!
19/11/2025: One of the most expensive bars in any shopping mall in Italy. Zero-star service. Waiters who look like Riace Bronzes. Food quality below expectations. Oh, I forgot: €3.80 for a crodino!!
