11/11/2025: Good evening, I just went to the Carrefour Roadhouse today, November 11th. At 9:25 PM, where we found the staff (the manager, who while we were talking and asking for information, turned around and left). There were three of us sitting down; given the reaction and rudeness of the manager on duty (a woman), we felt treated badly and left. Thank you anyway, but we will never return to a place like that!

07/11/2025: Extremely bad experience, Friday, November 7, 2025, 9:00 PM The grilled food was so thin you could count the pieces on your fingers, the wait was long, both to take your order and at the cashier to pay, and the staff was annoyed. Not recommended.

10/09/2025: The staff is friendly, but the latte macchiato, which they then make with a lot of foam like a cappuccino, resulting in the glass being half empty, is incredibly expensive at €2.50! Nearby, another self-service café sells it for €1.90; the glass is larger and filled to the brim with milk, without that unnecessary foam.

19/10/2025: Good pizza, but the sausages were poor quality and flavorless. The dough and fries were good. The average-to-low quality of many of the ingredients doesn't justify the rather high prices... The cheesecake base was good, but I left the pistachio topping because, besides not having a pistachio flavor, it was acidic... maybe it had gone bad?! I don't know, but I removed it and left it on the plate. The color and consistency were also quite strange... The service was inattentive, slow, and imprecise. It's better outside, I don't know why, but they don't have air conditioning... absurd. The chocolate cheesecake wasn't bad, but it was more like a Kinder fetta milk cake: good, but it wasn't cheesecake. The cover bread was very good! But the revisited carbonara was a complete no-no... not quite there... small portion, pasta so overcooked it broke, and it was more like pasta with omelette... rather expensive... I returned after a long time and was pleasantly surprised. The prices weren't exactly cheap... a little expensive, but at least the ingredients were very good, well-cooked, and presented (the mortadella less so). Only the mortadella didn't smell great and wasn't very tasty... I wasn't crazy about the mixed fried fish because it was basically all vegetables... but the scugnizzelli were delicious, they just had too much oil... The pizza was good, and the dessert was good too! The cheesecake was excellent!!! Special mention for the ricotta, which was really very tasty! Service is sometimes fast, sometimes slow...at a certain point you're forgotten even though there aren't a lot of people...but the staff is courteous and helpful. NEGATIVE NOTE: It was scorching hot, or there was no air conditioning, or it was broken, or it was low, I don't know, but it's very bad...and that forces me to lower the rating.

15/09/2025: I had lunch here last week and unfortunately didn't order the pizza, which is usually very good. I ordered a single dish with a seafood first and second course, and a side of potatoes. The quality of the food was truly awful: the seafood ragù was inedible, the potatoes were mushy, and the octopus was lost in the mound of salad. A disappointment, especially considering the price, which is anything but cheap.

02/10/2025: Paid €2.50 for soy cappuccino. Wow! The LED price list showed €2.00. It was pointed out. Refunded €0.50, the least the barista could do, claiming, however, that the cash register showed €2.50. But the customer looks at the price list, not the cash register! Right? And... €2.50 is way too much. They're the only ones charging that much! Wow! I definitely won't be back, especially since the staff doesn't always smile and doesn't inspire trust. It puts me off. There are better things!

20/09/2025: Rude staff who made jokes because we didn't order alcohol, aperitifs were served carelessly, and the appetizers were old and cheap. (€7 for everything)

04/12/2025: I arrive around 2:30 PM, no one in front of me, and it takes ages to prepare a piadina with chips... The guy at the cash register is whistling, and the cleanliness is terrible. The chips are dry and hard, and I would have done better not to order them! The piadina is good!

22/11/2025: I am truly disgusted by the service and the people employed in this place, they are rude in an absurd way that I should immediately fire the service, it's disgusting, I will never go to a place like this again
