09/11/2024: Voglio segnalare più comportamenti scorretti da parte della cassiera di un’ordine Glovo. Oggi appena arrivato al locale entro, saluto e le dico il numero dell’ordine in modo educato e lei tutto di un tratto dopo avergli comunicato il numero mi ha aggredito verbalmente in modo scorbutico e arrogante. L’aggressione verbale è la seguente: NON C’È L’HO! E NON SO QUANTO CI VUOLE VAI FUORI! come se fossi un cane nonostante io sono entrato in gentilezza come cliente d’asporto. Se non si è in grado di svolgere il proprio lavoro suggerisco di cambiarlo. Soprattutto se si è frustrati personalmente/emotivamente. Trovo veramente vergognoso il comportamento di questa persona.

25/02/2025: Waited 40 minutes, food never arrived, I asked the waiter for information and he totally ignored me.

01/02/2025: It's been a while since I've been here. The quality has unfortunately remained the same... or perhaps even lower and the prices have risen... I see this place for sale abandoned compared to the others in the surrounding area... The service is very slow, imprecise and confusing... We can do much better! It seems to be in a different place every time because one time it's very good and the next terrible... This was the not good time, in fact I was really disappointed... Hamburger meat weighing perhaps just 100 grams, overcooked that you couldn't even taste the flavor and disproportionate to the sandwich which was much larger than the meat. The fries weren't great...they looked kind of reheated and a little dried out. However, the mozzarella sticks and the cheesecake were good, especially the peanut topping on the cheesecake! Stratospheric sauce! The soufflé is good! What to note is that since my last visit (February 2023) the prices have risen but the quality has really worsened... terrible value for money. Nothing to say about the service: everyone was helpful, kind and fast service. Another point is the super slippery floor and the sticky tables but in my opinion it is due to the products used and not the lack of cleanliness also because I saw that the tables were cleaned correctly. In short, for the moment I don't want to go back but later who knows... I'm fond of this place as I often go to the cinema but we'll see... But damn the prices have increased a lot...and I no longer know if at this point the quality-price ratio is still worth it...over time I have the impression that the quality has drastically dropped...among other things I don't understand why the fidelity circuit isn't valid in this place...

09/03/2025: Today Sunday 9/3/25 at around 5.20pm I find myself having to point out the absolute lack of professionalism and education of the I believe "responsible" person present who called two of us who were seriously guilty of having selected a takeaway order instead of consuming there! The lady thought she wasn't being listened to but I almost jumped behind the counter to stick it in the fryer!! Shameful is an understatement!!

01/03/2025: I often go to burger king because I like it, I love their food and plant-based options, but almost never to this one and every time I stumble upon it out of pure necessity (because I'm at the mall) I remember why. I am always treated with disdain, they don't say hello, they don't smile and they address the customer badly. Today they even threw the receipt on the table as if I were a nuisance instead of a paying customer. I've been working in catering for years and I lose everything, I lose any hair in the food, the long wait, etc., but I really can't stand those who treat the customer badly. In my opinion we should intervene in some way, because it is the name of the company that is affected.

02/03/2025: Sunday 1.20pm ..not having booked, the girl in the gray shirt tells me that the wait is half an hour to eat..I reply fine, put me on the booking list..I am answered in an unprofessional way...exact words..WE TELL YOU AT 3PM WE CLOSE..as if to say go somewhere else...I think that if you don't have the time or intention to serve the customers who pay and contribute to paying the salaries of the employees there are other ways of communicate so that the customer is not dissatisfied... perhaps a course could be useful... having said this, the quality of rodause is absolutely excellent...

12/02/2025: Definitely negative experience. We took an all you can eat chicken (wings or stick) and some sandwiches. From the beginning the situation did not look promising: to our question about how the offer worked, the waitress replied "I have no idea, it's my third day here". The wings were good, so we ordered more. The sandwiches, however, were not bad but extremely rare, so much so that they were almost cold in the center. Too bad, because the meat seemed of high quality. The chicken sticks, however, were as hard as shoe soles, so after the first round we avoided taking them again. Out of curiosity we also tried the dessert, an apple pie... terrible, it only tasted of sugar and cooked flour. The only positive note? The latte was good. Would I go back? No.
