20/08/2024: Hospitable and fast in service, there are tables outside, frequented by many families with young children (so not exactly a calm and quiet place!!). Large spaces inside. And outside there is an area for children, where you can let them let off steam in an equipped room. The number of self-checkouts/touchscreens has increased. In the case of drive-thru, I advise you to repeat the order while they deliver it to you.

27/08/2024: Good pizzeria near the Milanofiori shopping center and the adjacent multiplex. Good Neapolitan pizza with quality products and good service. Prices are not cheap but appropriate for the place and the product they offer. I have been a guest at this restaurant several times and will certainly return in the future. The bread they produce is also very good.

20/07/2024: We went to the old wild west this afternoon and I can't help but report my super positive experience! Very friendly staff and excellent products. Be wary of negative reviews because they really aren't true.
When we asked for ginseng, they also asked us if we wanted a chocolate... really super cute!
10/07/2024: Ristorante poco curato al interno, personale scortese, cibo da dimenticare senza sapore, carne orrenda non rispettano il listino prezzi esposto esternamente, pultroppo ho dovuto per forza mettere il voto 1 ma la mia opinione e 0, per lo piu non aderisce al vero menu di old wal west, spero che queste segnalazioni la leggano i direttori di questo marchio perche non fa altro che novinare linmmgine del marchio. E oltre a leggere i direttori e la finanza prende atto.

24/06/2024: Sono stata in questa pizzeria con 2 amici,loro hanno preso la pizza(che non hanno mangiato se non 2 fette) e io ho preso delle linguine ai frutti di mare a dir poco immangiabili
Non avevano gusto,mancava il sale forse si sono dimenticati di metterlo nel bollitore e fritto misto con crocche arancini,frittatine e zeppoline immangiabile sia la frittatina l arancino erano acidi sia al gusto che l’odore
Nel centro commerciale ci sono 200 posti in cui mangiare meglio,non andate da loro!
13/06/2024: La qualità della pizza è migliorabile...pizza bruciata e zucchine fritte messe sulla pizza BRUCIATE...l'abbiamo fatte rifare ma sono state portate crude e molle!!*Mai piu!!!!

09/07/2024: Oggi ho bevuto un marocchino squisito al cioccolato bianco fatto da una Signora con un tatuaggio sul volto non mi ricordo cosa fosse ma ce l’aveva. Comunque a parte questa parentesi é stata veramente brava un marocchino doc con il latte montato a dovere, brava!!! Peccato che non conosco il nome.

23/08/2024: Today i was ordering with my family, when we decided to eat Plant Based Meat, I ordered alot of things including a Plant Based Bacon King 3.0 Anelli as I couldn’t eat meat I chose the Plant Based version, I even asked the cashier if it was Veg to be sure. When we got our order we digged in eating as I noticed that the Burger was actually Real Bacon meat and not Plant Based!! With the proof of my order and the Bill I went to the cashier to show them that they have done a mistake with my order..They refunded me with the actual Plant Based Bacon King but after laughing and not taking the situation seriously!
16/08/2024: They accept the order on deliveroo and then close, so 1. The order will never arrive and 2. They can't cancel it.

23/05/2024: Pessimo, personale sgarbato, cameriera super scostumata cibo pessimo pagato carissimo tutto freddo e cucinato male non consiglio a nessuno ma veramente a nessuno di andare in questo posto, il personale non merita neanche di avere un posto di lavoro.
29/03/2024: Pessimi. Dopo un'ora e dieci di attesa, con il locale mezzo vuoto e tre solleciti fatti al personale, con l'assicurazione che piatti erano quasi pronti, ci siamo scocciati e abbiamo chiesto di pagare le bibite prese, annullando l'ordine. Oltre il danno la beffa, ci hanno fatto pagare €14.30 per tre coperti, due bottiglie d'acqua e un bicchiere di coca cola. Avremmo apprezzato visto la poca professionalità che non ci avrebbero fatto pagare nulla. Penso che non ci torneremo mai più!

10/08/2024: Locale nella media. Il cameriere ci avvisa che l'aria condizionata non funziona, ed in effetti questo non aiuta. Servizio mediocre, il cliente è seguito per il minimo indispensabile. La pizza non è male, ma tutto il contesto non incoraggia a volerci ritornare.
28/07/2024: Prenotato un’ora prima e non siamo stati informati che l’aria condizionata ha qualche problema. Al momento pensiamo che non sia troppo bassa, in realtà il cameriere ci dice che non funziona. Pizza scadente. Peccato si sia persa la qualità…
