30/11/2024: Sabato sera, affluenza ovviamente alta, eppure disorganizzati al massimo. Servizio lentissimo. 25' di attesa per una piadina...gente che abbandona scoraggiata la fila. Se non avessi già pagato alla colonna, sarei scappato anch'io. Non fatevi fregare ! Con tutti i posti intorno che ci sono, non butterò più via tempo per una piadina...manco fosse da prezioso gourmet
29/11/2024: Davide alla cassa molto gentile ed anche alla consegna delle piadine. C’era una signorina. Sicuramente importante avere due case tra le 13 e le 14 e rinforzare a quell’ora chi prepara, agevolerà poi i tempi

13/12/2024: Relatively empty place at lunchtime, I only ordered a toast and 3 jellies.
After about 10 minutes I go to the cashier to ask how long it was until my order and a guy tells me it had just come out on the monitor.
After another 10 minutes still nothing, I go back to the cash register and ask again.
Without telling me anything they prepare my order on the spot and deliver it to me without even apologizing
01/12/2024: I found it really spacious and comfortable. Now classic as the environment of all the establishments of this chain
All renewed. Outdoor area with mini playground. I feel a bit nostalgic for the more human and warm old mc. Digital ordering is convenient but it makes the heart feel a little cold....

14/11/2024: A mess. Disorganized, raw wraps, add avocado and they give you ridiculous quantities. 40 minutes for a piadina. The staff throughout the chain is always reduced to a minimum. Never again

29/11/2024: Locale veramente splendido e atmosfera bellissima. La qualità del cibo è veramente alta così come il personale estremamente accogliente, preparato e disponibile. Soprattutto Sofia e Maddi che ci ha serviti con molta attenzione, bravura e gentilezza. Si vede anche l'organizzazione Top della Manager Kalina e l'esperienza e la bravura di Buba.
20/10/2024: il 16 ottobre ci andai con una persona con me e avevamo deciso di mangiare quella cucina ore 22 locale vuoto solo ad un tavolo c'erano due signori a mangiare porte aperte mi avvicino alla cucina per chiedere se potevamo mangiare e mi rispondono che sono chiusi (su internet dava che dovevano chiudere a mezzanotte) e così c'è ne siamo dovuti andare via ci ha rovinato la serata grazie mille calavera
