I only give 3 stars to the service because I think it was a bit of an unlucky night for the girl.
15/02/2025: Kind and professional owners and collaborators. Wide choice of dishes with good presentation but above all excellent quality! The wine list is also good. Compliments.

02/02/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant tonight by pure chance, and absolutely loved it!
The restaurant is superb, with space between the tables… the meal was really very very good, with excellent value for money… and the staff fantastic and very friendly!
An excellent address to recommend!
And a big thank you to the whole team for this delicious evening!

09/02/2025: Large but abandoned shopping center, when I enter this center it seems to me that something is not working, there is other things in the area, but it could come back to light with the right management!
Unfortunately when I need it I now go to other centers where they enlighten you at the entrance.
07/02/2025: There are no guards. I've seen some kids who are stealing from the shops, I've reported it to the employees but the guards don't exist.

21/01/2025: Conosco già il locale (essendo presente in varie regioni d’Italia) e mi sono sempre trovata bene a Cagliari.
Arrivo a Milano con un mio amico e desideravamo qualcosa di dolce. Andiamo in cassa per ordinare e colei che ha fatto il conto ha esordito con “ma tutta questa gente? Ancora dopo le feste? Siamo solo in due” non si è né nascosta, né si è messa problemi nel dirlo, voleva proprio che la sentissimo.
Dopo che ordiniamo e paghiamo un pancake e un affogato al caramello mi chiamano per darmi il pancake: non era il mio. Mi risiedo e aspetto. Mi richiamano per darmi il pancake giusto e mancava la granella al pistacchio, chiedo di mettermi la granella di pistacchio e mi dicono che non l’ho pagata, non avendo lo scontrino in mano e non potendo controllare se l’avessi pagata, gli dico che non c’erano problemi che gli avrei aggiunto i soldi. Mi lanciano, LANCIANO la granella di pistacchio sopra il pancake, rigorosamente con le mani (con cui avevano appena toccato i soldi) e mi dicono NO NON FA NIENTE PER I SOLDI, palesemente scocciate. Torno al tavolo, controllo lo scontrino e la granella di pistacchio l’avevo pagata.
Come se non bastasse la cassiera ha detto alla gente in fila di andare in altri bar.
Consiglio:
se non volete perdere altri clienti, cambiate dipendenti.
Ps: faccio lo stesso lavoro anch’io, ma i clienti sono gli ultimi con cui potete prendervela visto che vi pagano lo stipendio.

26/01/2025: This night I stayed in the hotel, the structure is beautiful, the only problem is that this morning around 5.30 I was woken up by screams and blows from the tenants in the room next door (where obviously everything in my room could be heard) so I called the reception to inform them of what was happening and they did absolutely nothing, they only threatened the tenants of the room to call the police
14/01/2025: Stunning hotel, large rooms with everything you need, very friendly staff ready for every request (we asked for trattorias where we could eat typical Milanese dishes and within a very short time they were able to give us some valid choices also telling us price ranges and whether they were open or less), breakfasts very rich in choice of both sweet and savory dishes. We chose it for its location close to the Unipolforum in Assago for a concert, but from there you have outlets to go wherever you want, 50m away you have the metro stop that takes you to the center of Milan in 15 minutes without problems and without moving the car

Every time we see her, she welcomes us with a positive energy that makes the experience even more pleasant. His attention to detail and availability really make the difference. A mention to all the staff, thank you for your constant friendliness and for making every visit special.

12/02/2025: I went two Sundays ago with children and grandchildren.
The negative thing is seeing owners and dog (I take my dogs if I can eat on the tables outside without disturbing anyone) placed on the table where the food is placed.
Do what you want in your home... Respect!!!!!

26/01/2025: It's a shame that there are employees with an incredible desire to work just because the poor things were disturbed from the back because I had to order and I didn't do it from the tomem the girl comes out huffing and annoyed. I am a sales assistant too and I have never treated any customer that way even if sometimes there are gray days, we are paid to provide service not to make a presence but also in an ugly way, so I will avoid going back, it is so sad to see people with the muzzle in the workplace.
09/01/2025: A commendation to the staff of this store who, despite the objective difficulties of an excessively large clientele, manage to be kind and professional even in the face of rudeness.
The manager should consider giving greater support to staff who appear to be understaffed or otherwise subjected to an excessive load during peak hours.

17/01/2025: Restructured and changed Oil company, it is now Q8.
The refueling service is both Self Service and Served with LPG and CNG, which are present and are an excellent point for those in transit.
It is open 24 hours a day, but no gas services.
A gem of this rest area is the presence of a mechanical workshop. Professionalism and courtesy are the flagship of this maintenance point which is always ready to solve problems (they don't work miracles, but they try!) and even a trivial puncture that would block the journey they try to resolve promptly; as well as carrying out normal scheduled ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work.
The bazaar bar is welcoming and well-stocked with tobacconist service.
Modernized and clean bathrooms.
01/01/2025: Extremely poor, cold sandwiches, rude staff.
We placed the order, paid (expensive for the quality) and when we went to get what we had ordered we were told that 3 things were not there.
All without even "sorry" on the contrary...
I would say particularly annoyed at having to give ourselves alternatives
Education (even minimal) is not part of this working group
