Super staff... Girls and women who go out of their way to satisfy even the most demanding customers. And there are also many rude ones. I adore Simona for her sincerity and sweetness, for her way of working, taking even the most complicated situations into her own hands to make all the girls feel good. She's fantastic. And guys, she makes amazing cream. ❤️😍 Daniela for the crepes and pancakes where she is truly tortured, she is so good. Maria for her strong but sweet character. Very firm but fair in her work.. precise. And always ready to give you advice (She sees what I unfortunately don't see and I thank her). Giustina for her professionalism, always a smile and a lot of patience. She makes excellent frozen coffees. She always serves with a smile, she always tries to really please everyone. Sonia is a treasure, we miss her. But she will be back soon, stronger than before because she is a rock. Federica for her kindness and ability to make you think a thousand things. She is terrible, you have to keep up with her. Annina, a sweet, reserved girl who when she smiles at you is sincere. And it is not like her. Cristina, very precise, also tries to treat people with humanity which is not common to many. Sometimes the customer, including me, can be a source of stress. She manages to stay calm. Karim, new A kind, polite guy who's happy to chat with even when there's no real buzz, because otherwise the team becomes a battlefield. They really have to work hard, so many people ask for the impossible. When once upon a time, there was just regular coffee, macchiato, and cappuccino at the bar, it's a nightmare having to remember all the preparations. I don't think I've forgotten anyone. Come to Caffè Italiani. There are truly wonderful people there, and over time, I've become friends with them.

Tried the tiramisu balls and it is really delicious

The service was courteous, though not particularly fast. There wasn't much seating. The cappuccino was very good, but the croissants weren't so good, partly because they were half empty... Prices were a bit high, but that's okay sometimes...

One of the best places in the area for quality gelato and coffee, the taste is worth the wait during these holidays. Dedicated tables are almost always free, and other tables are available for the food court a few steps away. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, with a few exceptions, but that's to be expected.

Good morning. This morning I had the soy cappuccino (the milk was lukewarm and cold, and there was too much foam), and the croissant was good. (Rating 9/10) The smile was absent; talking about absent colleagues is never something you should do in front of customers. The display case was tidy. This is my opinion as a customer.

Good ice cream with a variety of flavors. The Moroccan one is also good.

I'm giving it three stars even though the desserts are delicious. But the sales assistant who served us this evening was really rude and unkind to us. I expected at least a polite smile instead of the arrogant tone she used.
