A seguire ho scelto l'ottimo filetto in rosa di parma che è SPETTACOLARE ...cotto divinamente al sangue e lardellato con crudo di parma dolce scaglie di grana e salsa di parmigiano reggiano e porcini divina....davvero bravi. Dolce sbrisolona con zabaione caldo ...e nocino ...ah beh ho annaffiato con lambrusco Mantovano...grazie consigliatissimo ....la.caposala.molto brava e attenta Grazie
