Service stressed.
As soon as I had the last bite in my mouth, the plate was gone.
Was there at lunchtime.
Addendum based on the reaction from the owner.
The assessment is based on a visit at the beginning of August 2024.
Apparently criticism is not welcome.
14/08/2024: Had a fixed menu, there is a choice for all tastes. The place isn't very big but we still found a place. Parking is ample. Very clean place, as are the bathrooms.
The staff is courteous, smiling and professional.
I had pasta with cherry tomatoes and stracciatella, savory vegetable pie and baked potatoes. Seasoned with a good rosé, it was all delicious, the potatoes spectacular.
We had a very good time. Definitely recommend.

03/07/2024: An evergreen a few kilometers from Mantua offers traditional dishes with balanced and tasty flavours. Excellent first courses with a mention for tagliatelle with duck sauce. Second courses include rabbit with polenta and veal with tuna sauce. Courteous and fast service. Worth the trip
31/05/2024: A trattoria, true, sincere, pleasant in its being a 'trattoria' as it once was. Very good service with staff well present on the spot. They offer rustic and typical but also refined food, much above average. Obviously, you must like the typical local cuisine, honest prices. I would go back a thousand times

31/07/2024: What can I say, excellent place for coffee, meeting someone, good lunches for work, large, indeed very large, parking, everything perfect 😉🍰
09/07/2024: We decide to go to this place because Maps indicates it as a lunch break. It's actually quite expensive with an average of 12 euros per course. I opt for a hamburger, I have to say good.
Overall it is a good bar, suitable for breakfasts, with sandwiches and pizzas on the go but better avoided for lunch.

01/11/2024: Pranzo della domenica con un amico .arriviamo che stanno pulendo con la spugnetta le tovaglie di plastica .aiuto. ordiniamo un branzino con patate lesse e una tagliata di manzo con patate fritte .acqua e coca . Una bignolata ed un caffè. Branzino insipido ed acquoso. Tagliata fredda .patatine fritte idem
Bignolata indefinibile se non industriale. Alla modica cifra di 66 euro senza scontrino . Ma...anche no ! A mai più!

Il locale e' a conduzione familiare: accoglienza e simpatia sono abbondanti! I piatti sono preparati con cura e molto buoni! Consigliatissimo!
