28/03/2026: I stayed at La Cascina last night and I must say it was a truly positive experience. The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the entrance, surrounded by beautiful greenery that immediately conveyed a sense of tranquility. After a long journey, I also greatly appreciated the convenience of the parking: I was able to leave my car right in front of the building without any problems. The rooms were spotless and the bed was truly comfortable, perfect for relaxing and recharging my batteries. The location is also strategic: shopping centers, supermarkets, and fast food outlets are nearby, making everything very convenient. A big plus goes to the host, Marise, for her professionalism, helpfulness, and flexibility. I really appreciated the fact that she allowed me to use the restrooms even after checking out, a gesture that is not at all expected. The value for money is also excellent: for what I paid, it was truly money well invested. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the property as a whole is welcoming, quiet, and elegant. A special thanks also to the cleaning ladies, who are truly meticulous and attentive: you can tell when the job is done with care and a smile. If I were to return to this area, I'd already know where to stay. It was an experience that allowed me to completely relax and recharge. Thanks again for your hospitality! 😃

14/03/2026: A farmhouse surrounded by greenery just outside Mantua. Basic amenities make for a comfortable stay. The room is clean and tidy, and guests can prepare their own breakfast using ingredients available in the shared kitchen (which can also be used for lunch/dinner).

29/05/2026: The daily menu is excellent value for money and you eat well too.

12/05/2026: Frankly, disappointed. There were four of us. The first courses, including two risottos, were passable, though certainly not exciting; but those of us who had the stew for the second course couldn't even bear to eat it. In any case, the place is pleasantly unpretentious, the service is quick, and the waiters are very kind. The prices are reasonable. But I don't think we'll be back.

02/06/2026: Everything was very good. The only flaw with the service was that they brought the second course (T-bone steak) too quickly when we hadn't even finished our appetizers. The only flaw with the location, however, is the cleanliness. The decor is really nice, but there's a lot of dust on the windowsills and the chandeliers. This could use a little more attention.

29/05/2026: A spacious but casual place with parking in front, simple but friendly service, and nothing to complain about as far as the food goes, especially the meats are excellent. I personally tried the Pluma Iberica and the lamb chops, which were truly high quality and cooked to perfection. Definitely recommended for those who want to eat well without worrying too much about appearance.
