All the pasta is fresh and homemade.
The dishes are tasty and fully reflect the best gastronomic tradition of the area. You should return to taste the many dishes on the menu.
The environment is clean and the service is prompt. The staff is attentive and prepared.
The house dessert is essential.
You leave the table very satisfied.

30/05/2025: Trattoria carina, forse un po' troppo "carica" di oggetti, soprammobili vari che danno l'idea di un po' di disordine. La cucina ottima. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di salumi in due buonissimi e abbondante. Due primi tipici della zona e due dolci tipici. Un bottiglia di vino mignon. Il personale presente cortese e professionale. L'acqua ci è stata portata quando ci siamo seduti al tavolo. Il prezzo giusto persino basso vista la qualità. Consigliato se siete in zona

16/08/2025: The restaurant has simple furnishings, the peculiarity is the walls decorated with beautiful drawings, the friendly staff, the delicious pumpkin ravioli, and the very good sbrisolona.

16/08/2025: I didn't like this trattoria. The atmosphere was chaotic, the food wasn't great, the dishes were slow, and it took half an hour to arrive. Considering that an appetizer arrived at the end of lunch, even the wine tasted like vinegar. Then we ordered coffee and a liqueur, which we hadn't noticed right away, but then we saw the dirty glass, so we tried to clean it underneath, but it was dirty inside and covered in cigarette ash. From there, we got up, paid, and left, and they didn't see us.
10/08/2025: As a preview of the famous Fiera delle Grazie, I tried the Corn Focaccia with cotechino and tripe at Trattoria da Claudio! A TASTY and VERY DIGESTIBLE combination, given the high-quality ingredients and the historic culinary skill! ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY!!!

14/07/2025: A very nice place to eat if you're in the area. Host was wonderful but didn't speak much english. Still wonderful service even though it wasn't always mutually underdtandable. I had a pizza which was great and also high value for the price. We also had a salmon and tje Pesce Spada which were both great too. Overall definitely worth a look at if you're near!
23/06/2025: Beautiful experience!! Very good food and great welcome from the owners. A must for all cyclists on the Mantua - Sabbioneta cycle route. Highly recommended!!!

03/08/2025: This restaurant is housed in an old, spacious Mantuan farmhouse. It's easy to find, with ample parking and clear directions.
The interior and exterior are modern and meticulously designed, the professionalism is undeniable, the food is decent, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
The large children's area ensures good acoustics.
The only complaint is the slowness of the wait staff, who, I hope out of discretion, rarely come to ask if you'd like to add something to your order.
20/07/2025: A decent restaurant. Good pizza. The staff is mostly Chinese, but they speak Italian well. Despite several tables being occupied, the service was good.

21/04/2025: Mi spiace molto segnalarlo, ma per la pastiera napoletana proprio non ci siamo.
Pagata a prezzo pieno, (27 euro) 900gr.
Proprio come lo zucchero, dosi eccessive di zucchero, l' hanno resa quasi in mangiabile...e senza aromi... Peccato. Non la ricomprerò.

05/01/2025: Arrivati oltre orario per il pranzo, ci viene proposto un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, accettiamo. 2 adulti e 2 bambini. 1 litro d’acqua, vino della casa. Arriva il piatto di affettati (coppa, crudo, salame mantovano e salamino affumicato) con dei formaggi (grana, brie, emmental 😅) della mostarda e della giardiniera. Piatto di dimensioni normali, valido per una coppia, forse. Avendo naturalmente ancora fame, Chiediamo il bis, e poco dopo arriva la stessa portata.
Per chiudere aggiungiamo 2 dolci.
Devo dire che a parte i formaggi tutto il resto era accettabile.
La sorpresa arriva in cassa quando mi presentano il conto di 119€.
22/09/2024: Sconsigliato vivamente..cinghiale in umido ma....era in brodo per la quantità di acqua che conteneva..i primi piatti freddi e crudi uno schifo totale..cambiate mestiere
