Locale accogliente e personale gentilissimo.
Un crostone di polenta con borola e uno con gorgonzola, davvero ottimi.
Poi m carpaccio di manzo celtico con mela, pesto di rucola e monte 27.
Fusilloni artigianali con ragù di anatra.
Costine con salsa BBQ e cavolo rosso stufato.
Tutto ottimo, porzioni adeguate.
Ottima scelta vini, noi Pecorino e Inu.
Più di cinquanta scelte di amari e distillati.
Io rosolio al bergamotto.
Ci torneremo senz'altro.
15/08/2024: Positive impressions right from the booking during which the staff proved to be very kind and attentive to our needs. Well-structured mid-August lunch with a choice of different proposals.
All delicious, refined but not affected, traditional dishes revisited with creative grace. Mention should be made of fusilloni with duck ragù, ravioli filled with aubergine parmigiana, ribs cooked at low temperature and pineapple marinated in anise and saffron. The trip to Merate is worth it. Compliments.

23/07/2024: I expected better. Wide choice of risottos and very nice location. Unfortunately the portions are excessively generous and I found the risotto too salty.
20/07/2024: The risotto is really of excellent quality, there is a wide variety of choice and you can feel that it is made on the spot, highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

07/08/2024: Probably one of the best dinners of my life to date, starting from the intimate location, the precise and discreet service and obviously the dishes offered.
Truly a dream starter and first course, a second course which in my opinion was missing something extra but certainly appreciable and a dessert worthy of note. All accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine.
Booked with the fork summer promotion, discounts respected.
Soon I will return with other people to introduce this gem in the heart of Merate.

18/08/2024: Starting from the assumption that you don't go here for the view, the panorama or to relax while sitting but just to have a good ice cream, this is an excellent ice cream shop. Classic flavors done well, more particular flavors good and not cloying. Ideal for a quick ice cream, for a no-frills after dinner, for takeaway. The milkshakes are also excellent and the ice cream for dogs is worth mentioning.

20/08/2024: It offers a decent experience, but fails to stand out. The fish is fresh, but the flavors lack depth and the attention to detail leaves something to be desired. The rolls are simple and not very creative, while the rice tends to be too compact.
The service is friendly, the atmosphere does not compensate for the only acceptable quality of the food. For the price, you would expect something more refined. If you are a sushi lover, there are better options in town.
13/08/2024: I find no justification for the increase in prices of over 7% at lunch and almost 12% at dinner during the week, given the limited variety of sushi and the impossibility of being able to choose the same dish more than once for lunch, I think that I won't go back.

15/06/2024: We had been there a few years ago under the old management and we weren't particularly impressed.
Tried again a few weeks ago and again tonight.
Really delicious, soft but crunchy, the dough is really tasty and the toppings are also good.
Really friendly staff.

23/07/2024: Very popular place located in the central area of Merate. During the evening, on weekends, it is quite noisy, so avoid if you are looking for a quiet drink that is not in a group. Prices are very high, not so much for the area, but for the quality. I had a very poor gin and tonic cocktail for 12 euros. Average service.

16/08/2024: Pizza with super soft crust, excellent ingredients. Excellent service. The prices are a little high but clearly indicated on the menu.
10/08/2024: It takes about 9 months to have a child and to build a work of art it takes time..... those who don't have time or don't want to wait can go to other quick places, losing a work of art.
Here the wait was worth it, a riot of emotions, the owner, an elegant woman from Campania, attentive to customers and herself between the cash register and the toppings of the pizzas.
Waiters and pizza chefs were constantly churning out, but the arrival of customers was the same continuously.
I noticed the wait inside and outside the restaurant, but as a Neapolitan I observed and smelled the smell of home and the true flavor of good Neapolitan pizza.
A work of art, I almost ate even the paper wrapping which was noticed by Mrs. Rosa. To finish on a high note we took the Lemon Delights 🍋 and babà.

20/08/2024: Per me e il mio compagno è ormai una tappa fissa. Abbiamo avuto l’occasione di tornarci più e più volte e usciamo sempre più che appagati. Di piatti ne abbiamo provati diversi e ammetto che ci hanno sempre lasciati tutti soddisfatti. Si sente la qualità della materia prima e la passione dedicata ad ogni piatto, la selezione di vini molto interessante e il personale è cortese e disponibile.
Se apprezzate la carne cruda consiglio il loro tris di crudités, che noi non possiamo fare a meno di prendere ogni volta.
16/08/2024: La qualità di quello cha abbiamo mangiato è stata sodisfacente.
Tuttavia, se mi consigli di mangiare una fiorentina e un diaframma NON mi aspetto che la fiorentina me la fai pagare 90Euro al Kg (2Kg 180Euro!) e 660gr di diaframma 72Euro! Eravamo in 8 di cui tre anziani e una bambina...praticamente in 4 adulti! Scemi noi a non aver chiesto ma ci siamo fidati alle parole "fidatevi di me" e abbiamo sbagliato.
In più le 5 creme al limoncello che "vi offriamo" e poi ci siamo ritrovati sul conto a 5Euro l'una?
Peccato non aver controllato il dettaglio del conto subito ma solo una volta arrivato a casa...
NON ci ritorneremo e non lo consiglio.

30/07/2024: The pizza is good and the prices are honest.
The ingredients are of quality.
I point out that the gluten-free pizza costs €1.50 more and is very good.
A gluten-free pizzeria in Cernusco, Margherita charged me €6.00 more and it wasn't even quality!!
