13/11/2025: we went to visit the Abbazia Cistercense di Santa Maria monastery down the road and stopped for lunch in October most of these restaurants are closed for the season around lake Como this is a hotel with restaurant . The food was delicious we ordered the seafood Di Mare with linguini and two veal dishes

22/12/2025: We were there on the evening of 12/19/2025 for a company dinner. The restaurant was welcoming, with a large car park and a very scenic garden. The interior was warm and well-kept, featuring stone, wood and fantastic glass windows. We ate well, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. They even made my request for pineapple madness for dessert... fantastic!
09/11/2025: We had lunch with friends in this welcoming restaurant, the atmosphere is really special (as is the view) and the food was delicious.

20/10/2025: We've rarely eaten such good pizza. The dough is so delicious, light and fluffy, and you don't feel like you have stones in your stomach afterward. The location right on the lake is absolutely beautiful. Dogs are welcome. The service seemed a bit irritated, perhaps due to the end of the season. Otherwise, it's a family restaurant, so the noise level is a bit loud. We would still go back anytime.
09/10/2025: Just before the end of the season, we enjoyed excellent service and a delicious pizza right on the lake. They even had a non-alcoholic Hugo. Thanks.

01/02/2026: A light family lunch at the outdoor tables. We order, and shortly after, the fries arrive. No tablecloth or cutlery. We wait for them to arrive, and in the meantime, a calzone arrives. One for two, but even without a tablecloth or cutlery, it's difficult to eat. We ask for one cover charge, and one for three is brought. The bill includes service charge of €3.50 per person. For what? No one knows. It's like being robbed. Never again.
23/01/2026: Gorgeous lakeside spot, excellent food, perfect for families. We've been there several times for lunch, and they definitely have the best fritto misto. I recommend the pizza in their various variations, delicious, tasty, and easy to digest. Andrea is a wonderful, friendly, and welcoming host. I recommend it for everything.

Tardan muchísimo.
La camarera es muy antipática.
Vasos no están tan limpios.
30/06/2025: Ero di passaggio ieri sera domenica, ho visto questo locale transitando nella strada sottostante, visto che era orario di cena abbiamo deciso di fermarci.
Ci siamo seduti all' esterno con lo sfondo delle montagne della Val Chiavenna, una leggera brezzolina mitigava il caldo infernale della giornata.
Veniamo alla cucina...mia moglie ha preso una frittura di pesce ECCEZIONALE...ben asciutta croccante, e anche abbondante.
Mentre io e i miei figli abbiamo mangiato la pizza.
Sono rimasto colpito dalla fragranza del impasto, ben lievitata, ben cotta...insomma una pizza da 10, anche i miei figli hanno apprezzato e divorata tutta.
Sicuramente questo ristorante lo inseriremo in agenda la prossima volta che passeremo a Colico

26/09/2025: A nice little venue that was quaint inside with attentive staff and the ability to customize pizza toppings. The pizza was only average in my opinion. The toppings just felt like they were placed on top of a bread rather than infused together. The pizza base was thick and I'm used to (and prefer) thin based pizza. It was a pretty light base however . I'm also puzzled why they serve pizza slices and not just circle pizza like traditional ones I'm used to. Overall a decent experience. Btw the salads and fries were great.
16/09/2025: What a hopeless restaurant. First of all, you have to pay €3 per person to eat there. We found out later when we got the receipt. Then the pizza. Well, it's not a regular pizza, but a very thick slice. It looks like forcaccia dough. It's not the dough. A treat of rubbery mozzarella on top, and enjoy, or rather, chew. The waitress was attentive, though. They'll never see us again. I'd rather eat a dry sandwich.

31/08/2025: Unfortunately it was a flop, terrible on all fronts, at a table of 9 people, some were eating and some were waiting for their food, the sliced beef arrived cold after an hour I ordered grilled vegetables which never arrived.
20/08/2025: Used for years and years. Very convenient for space, parking, and a surrounding area for strolling and relaxing in the shade of a grove. Views of the recreational lake and the start of the Valchiavenna valley. Ideal for banquets and special occasions. Outdoor seating is also available in the summer. Simple, yet fresh and good quality food. A fixed price (very affordable) or à la carte options are available. At lunchtime, it's used by office workers and blue-collar workers from the industrial area. Pizza is also available in the evenings. Self-service is available on weekends. Dogs are welcome. Can be used without hesitation.

12/07/2025: Ottima location, ottima vista, buona qualità dei piatti. Ma quell’errore sulla bottiglia di vino no. Non deve accadere. Ordinata una bottiglia alla carta e all’apertura della medesima al tavolo é stato fatto notare, prima che venisse aperta, che l’annata non era quella indicata. Il vino era più giovane di qualche anno. Dopo aver preso atto e assicurato che l’annata sulla carta non era presente in cantina, il cameriere ha assicurato che avrebbe riferito al gestore, tenendolo in considerazione al momento del conto. Quindi è stato concordato di aprirla lo stesso. Ma al momento del conto è stato preteso il pagamento della bottiglia con annata non bevuta. No. Non è corretto. Peccato

Les légumes et les frites sont des produits congelés, nous avions pris du poisson et avions eu une toute petite portion... c'est vraiment dommage

26/08/2025: Questo ristorante occupa una posizione privilegiata nel paese di Feriolo: la terrazza si protende nel lago Maggiore. Per un pasto breve o semplicemente per prendere un espresso, l'accoglienza è cordiale. Molti ciclo-escursionisti in vacanza nella zona. Tutto eccezionale, tranquillo e rilassante nel Lago Maggiore. Perché si chiama "La vecchia scogliera" ??? È vero che le montagne non sono lontane da Feriolo.
