21/03/2026: Discovered by chance after a day of skiing. One of those places that seem born from a personal obsession, full of details, writings, objects, things that in theory shouldn't belong together but instead work. It's all very real. Even a little absurd, but in the right sense. It's something that sticks with you because it's unfiltered; you can tell it was built out of pure passion. Hats off to the owners for pursuing such a vision, all the way through, without compromise. You can feel it. It's one of those experiences where you either get into the mood, or you just don't understand it. But if you understand it, you don't forget it.

22/02/2026: Typical cuisine, a small restaurant with limited seating, where the flow and reservations can be better managed.
Family-run with a 25-year-old owner, young but with excellent culinary skills, because the dishes are tasty and well-prepared.
His parents help out in the dining room, hats off to him, an experienced sales manager who can work on upselling with assisted sales.
The girls who roam the tables, whether they have them or not makes little difference, since they have no clear vision of how to manage tables and schedules, which they can improve upon.
17/02/2026: The reservation had disappeared. The shank was tough, the veal morsels very sinewy, decidedly not tender, and the porcini mushrooms listed on the menu—not biased—were in fact replaced by polenta. The red wine, after two reminders, arrived well after the courses, and cold from the refrigerator. The bread never arrived. When it came time to pay, when the subdivision involved a decimal, rather than give a 50 cent "discount," the manager preferred to round up. I'd say no comment is necessary.

17/02/2026: A welcoming and spacious restaurant in the center of Milan's Duomo district. Family-run, run by professional and friendly staff. Renowned for its fresh fish, I opted for the baked stuffed artichoke with potato and the Milanese cutlet with sautéed spinach, which was delicious. The sautéed potatoes were also excellent. The wine list is good. The highlight is the selection of desserts. The panna cotta with berries is a must-try.

Attention Americans: breathe in and simply enjoy the experience. Service may not be quick, but service works. So do NOT complain about the speed of service. Set your expectations in advance.
We were here for our first time today and we reserved to come back in two days. It’s a great restaurant. It’s now on our list of top favorites.

The only positive note was the lady's courtesy.

22/10/2025: I visited Clavicola a few nights ago for the first time, and the experience was completely unacceptable in one fundamental respect.
I find it unacceptable that, in 2025, the free and reckless use of e-cigarettes is allowed in an indoor venue, with people vaping just inches away from other patrons, without any staff intervention.
What made the situation even worse was noticing, once I went to the cashier, that the waitress was also at the counter, busy looking at her phone and freely smoking/vaping.
This complete disregard not only for the customers, but also for the common-sense regulations governing indoor spaces, demonstrates shocking negligence in the management of the venue.
I strongly advise against going there to anyone looking for a clean and respectful environment.

30/08/2025: Rude, disrespectful owners. They got mad because we went to the bathroom, thinking we weren't using anything. Instead, we spent €10 to go to the bathroom for three of us, complaining about paying with a debit card.
In Milan, you can pay as little as €0.10 with a debit card, and no one says anything about it, but it's clear they're still old-fashioned here.
30/08/2025: We went in to use the bathroom and the rude lady yelled at me, "Nice! One bottle of water for three people in the bathroom seems too little," not seeing that my friends were behind me buying more bottles.
Then she complained about paying with a POS for water... unacceptable.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

09/02/2025: Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che si trovano in zona, locale piccolo ma ben curato, personale gentile ed attendo ai dettagli, il cibo buonissimo si sente proprio la passione e il sacrificio dietro ad ogni fatto. Prodotti freschi, a km zero dagli antipasti ai dolci e prezzo economico...
Ci torneremo sicuramente molto presto
20/10/2024: Ristorante caratteristico pizzocheri e polenta super....buoni i formaggi dolci e secondi e fine pranzo con grappa al fieno prima volta che l assaggiavo ottima

29/04/2025: Proprietari carinissimi e gentilissimi , buon servizio , buona qualità del cibo , pizze buone e leggere . Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Bene così , questi posti hanno bisogno di queste persone. Torneremo di sicuro .

03/08/2023: La pizza sinceramente non era male, ben condita e croccante, ma dovevamo fermarci li. Dolci da bar dell’oratorio, una fetta asciutta di torta con carote con una panna già smontata appena arrivata al tavolo,
L’altro dolce con scaglie di cioccolato presentato nel piatto a pezzettini…..
Sulla scontrino figuravano 2€ cad per il coperto composto da una tovaglietta di carta su tavolo e sedie di plastica, posate acciaio e tovagliolo di carta….
In pratica il costo di una pizza se ne va nel coperto, avrei accettato il totale del conto dentro un ristorante, ma non in un pub.
Personale gentile e cordiale.
