18/02/2025: We went here for lunch during a walk, it was in fact one of the two places available in the Orimento area. Unfortunately we were disappointed and probably won't return. It must be said that the place is charming and so is the surrounding environment, and that the service is discreet. However, there are also discordant notes: we had tagliatelle with mushrooms which were very salty and with few mushrooms, an acceptable taleggio and berries risotto, a braised meat with polenta and a fillet without infamy or praise. However, prices are generally quite high for the location, small portions and limited selection. We also ordered a good wine for 30 euros but it would be appreciated to have some cheap choices too. We hope the feedback helps you improve and we wish you all the success.

03/05/2025: A wonderful charming hotel. I was traveling by motorcycle and received a warm welcome. I was even able to park my motorcycle in the garage. The hotel is a bit older but it has a special charm and is well maintained. It is a very beautiful and authentic environment. In just a few meters you can reach the center with the church, restaurants and shops. The room is very clean with good facilities, the bed is very comfortable. The balcony offers a great panoramic view. I felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend the hotel! Thank you for everything !

04/01/2025: Having entered a place with terrifying environments worthy of the worst post-Soviet realism with hygiene that defies Nas and a display case of pastries with some "Luisona" now at retirement age, my wife and I, a native of the area and linked to ancestral memories, order two chocolates with cream. They are served to us in a flash (from which we assume they were generated from pre-packaged sachets) and topped with a spray of horrible spray cream. Lukewarm, tasteless drinks, at the "modest" price of ten euros. I know the world of catering and commerce coming, moreover, from a seaside tourist resort in central Italy, but every time I struggle to understand how one can be so expensive, especially in Valle Intelvi, simply to "cheat" customers, without considering that in this way, at least for customers like myself, it will only be possible to do it once. Absolutely not recommended.

15/09/2024: We always go to Gaddi both for the pastries and for the ice creams... we've always had a good time but this time he gave us some pastries that weren't fresh (in my opinion from the day before)... it's a shame because we had to throw away the Sicilian cannoli. ...

19/05/2025: L'Osteria dell'Alpe is one of those rare places that feels like home from the moment you walk in, thanks to the warm, attentive service from the whole team—especially Anna, who seemed to read our minds when it came to food and wine. We've returned five times already, making it a must-stop every time we pass from Switzerland to Lago di Como to enjoy their delicious local cuisine made with fresh, mountain-sourced ingredients like cheese and salami. It’s so special that my father even traveled from Hungary just to savor their famous Fiorentina and polenta—an unforgettable meal in a truly welcoming setting.

23/05/2025: Il peggior locale di Casablanca ! Non voglio dilungarmi...2 pizze, 1 acqua, 1 moretti e 2 amari. € 36 Pizza, birra e amaro prezzo nella media qualità della pizza dozzinale, ma edibile. Acqua € 6 Coperto € 5 Location e personale come da titolo. Ah, visto anche uno spiccato accento partenopeo all'interno del locale, almeno la pizza .......! Mai più.
