28/11/2025: I've been to this place and, perhaps because they took me for a tourist, they charged me €2.80 for a cappuccino and a whopping €7 for a toasted sandwich, which was also dry and had little topping.

11/07/2025: This is a historic restaurant in Domaso that has had several different owners for varying lengths of time, but all have maintained the unique character of the osteria. Access is gained by descending two steps into two rooms with exposed stonework and vaulted ceilings. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where the rooms are modernly furnished.
The menu offers classic lakeside specialties and well-prepared seafood. The wine list is decent, and prices are reasonable. It's popular with tourists seeking this historic atmosphere, and they don't mind the lack of lake views. July 2025: closed until a new owner is found.
03/07/2025: This was our second time at this restaurant, and once again we weren't disappointed—quite the opposite! The food and service were fantastic, and the interior was cozy. A very pleasant and warm atmosphere.
This year, the older chef came by again to ask if we were enjoying our meal and if everything was alright. And it was! As we were leaving, we made sure to thank him personally once more!
We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

28/09/2025: A cozy pizza and kebab restaurant right across from Lake Como, where they prepare your pizza fresh in front of you and bake it in the oven on the spot. Just a few minutes later, you're enjoying a delicious meal with someone you love, surrounded by a beautiful view.

17/04/2026: The setting is quite nice, despite the traffic just two meters from the tables on the terrace. The loud-talking Italian "mama" adds a touch of authenticity and makes the place feel almost traditional.
The food, however, is unbelievable… I ate about fifteen defrosted gnocchi with barely 10 grams of Bolognese sauce (much worse than in the photo in the previous review).
This kind of restaurant only survives on passing tourists, who, of course, never return.
In short, a disaster.
06/04/2026: Very expensive, and the portions are very small. I can't recommend it. The salad was very poorly presented. I definitely won't be going back.

10/07/2025: Einfach immer herzlich und toll. Für Familien sehr angenehm und „preisangepasst“. Auch offen für glutenfreies Essen…
Großzügig im Nachschenken und freundlichst im Service. Dazu gutes heimisches Essen.
Für Gäste wie uns, die jährlich kommen, wäre vielleicht ein Alternativ Abend (was das Menü angeht) sehr schön.

11/11/2024: Arriviamo assetati e affamati, chiediamo subito due birre medie e dell'acqua frizzante con del limone, ci arriva la birra calda e un piatto con due mezzi limoni, sul tavolo mancavano anche i bicchieri dell'acqua. Zero pane, abbiamo deciso di ordinare una pizza margherita da stuzzicare e due cotolette alla milanese, con contorno di verdure grigliate.
La cotoletta sembrava una bistecca impanata inzuppata di olio, non di vitello ma molto probabilmente di maiale, piena di grasso, verdure erano vecchie e insipide.
L'unica cosa commestibile era la pizza..
Praticamente siamo andati via affamati, assetati e anche innervositi.

11/09/2024: Wir bestellten eine Calzone und eine Pizza. Die Calzone bestand hauptsächlich aus Käse, der einfach in die Mitte gelegt wurde, anstatt schön verteilt zu sein. Auch auf der Pizza war der Mozzarella nur in der Mitte platziert. Das Personal war freundlich, aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen, da es in Domaso bessere Lokale gibt.

12/10/2024: Excelente servicio atento sin estar en la cima. Muy amable y muy servicial. La comida era absolutamente deliciosa y la cantidad justa.
Sin duda volveremos de nuevo cuando volvamos a Domaso el próximo año.

Abbiamo degustato un ottimo prosecco con un mini tagliere di formaggi e affettati di qualità con pane integrale fatto in casa
E stata un esperienza lampo ma sicuramente invitante

09/06/2024: In questo locale ho assaggiato il gelato più buono del mondo. Ci sono tantissimi gusti tutti di ottima qualità. Inoltre si possono gustare aperitivi buonissimi, pizze eccellenti ed anche panini o crepes. Direi che chi non si ferma si perde qualcosa di eccezionale.

16/09/2024: Leckere Süßspeisen zu fairen Preisen. Zum Kaffee haben wir uns ein paar Törtchen gegönnt, die äußerst köstlich waren. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.
