31/07/2025: A pearl among the Marche hills!! I stayed at La Sorgente Country House in Massignano and was thrilled. The location is surrounded by greenery, with a breathtaking view of the Marche countryside, offering a sense of peace and authenticity hard to find elsewhere. The service was impeccable: friendly, attentive, and always smiling. But the real star was the food. I started with a fresh and delicate carpaccio. Next came the tagliatelle with truffle: fragrant, perfectly creamed, with a balance of flavors that enhanced the truffle flavor without overpowering the homemade pasta. To finish, a perfectly cooked steak: juicy, tender, and flavorful, with truly remarkable meat quality. All this was accompanied by a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for an evening with your partner or friends. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic, carefully prepared cuisine immersed in the beauty of the region. I will definitely be back!

25/05/2025: Pizza tipo napoletana con abbina Enti di ingredienti non usuali. Pizza in padellino tipo al trancio, più alta e soffice molto particolare, buonissima la carbonara. Opportunamente hanno anche il vino della casa. Dolce speciale anche da vedere. Conto onesto, in linea con l'alta qualità. Locazione fin troppo elegante.

17/05/2025: Ho assaggiato la pizza al padellino. Esecuzione superlativa, leggera, croccante. Le proposte, che variano di tanto in tanto, erano interessanti ma forse un po' carenti. Quella sera ce ne erano di solo 4 gusti dove 3 (su 4) erano pizze bianche. Le ho provate tutte un po' passandoci i piatti e devo dire che la Cantabrica (l'unica rossa in effetti) era speciale! Buone anche quella con Tartare e quella con Lardo e Tartufo. Secondo me un po' squilibrata la Carbonara dove il salato del guanciale appoggiato sopra, e il resto, la rendevano un po' pesante. Prezzi medio/alti ma più che onesti per la tipologia di proposta offerta. Ci tornerò per provarle altri gusti!

We had the pleasure of stumbling upon this enchanting agriturismo, nestled in the woods, where simplicity meets the most authentic authenticity. The place is well-kept, welcoming, and surrounded by nature, with goats roaming peacefully, contributing to a truly unique atmosphere. The cuisine is one of the highlights: everything is made with goat's milk produced on-site, locally sourced (or even closer). We tried an unforgettable berry sorbet, incredibly fresh and rich in flavor, and the equally surprising cheesecake, which in our case was topped with cherry. The owner explained that the flavor varies depending on the seasonal fruit, making each visit unique. You can also purchase the products retail, a great way to take some of this deliciousness home with you (we opted for goat cheese). The most precious moment was the chat with the owner: a delightful person, passionate and deeply attached to her work. Her attention to customer service, product quality, and environmental care is evident in every detail. We are staunch supporters of authentic businesses like this, which stand out in an increasingly industrialized world for offering authentic, genuine flavors made with love. My fiancé and I will definitely be back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a simple yet heartfelt experience.

13/06/2025: I had the pleasure of dining here recently and was extremely impressed. The setting is welcoming and well-kept, perfect for a pleasant evening. The service was impeccable: the staff are attentive, friendly and professional, making you feel immediately at ease. But the real star is the food. Every dish we tried was a real treat, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully. You can feel the passion and care in every detail. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience, I will be back soon!

17/07/2025: Appena fatto tappa pranzo da loro... consiglio affettatj e formaggi fatti da loro. Hanno sia pecore che caprette libere di circolare ( se avete fortuna potete vederle, non disturbatele). Prenotate, se potete, così siete sicuri di poter avere l'unico primo che hanno ( oggi pizzoccheri di pasta fresca). Non sono un ristorante, ma rifugio- agriturismo quindi non aspettatevi cose alla Cracco, ma genuine e buone.

13/07/2025: Agriturismo molto alla buona nella "forma" ma interessante nella sostanza: buoni i salumi ed ottimi i pizzoccheri e la crostata. Consigliato!
