In short, food (given the price!!!): super spicy squid ink linguine (?!?), horse fillet with black garlic (a crumb) with a pumpkin flan, too bad it was only half, and then fregola (?!?) or similar, 10 grains on the plate..but why!?!
Wide margin for improvement... I would focus on the taste and essentiality of the dishes
Ps. The crumble is actually a kind of apple pie, here too a thousand things on the plate, but overall they lack balance
