01/02/2025: Dishes, giving a general opinion, the first courses were fair. The rest was much better... The meat was very good and the dessert with chestnuts was good, even if when it was served the chocolate was not as hot as the menu said. The pasta was sufficient, as were the starters. Nice view outside. The interior is nice, very similar to that of the previous management.
12/01/2025: Advised! Good food and really plentiful. Friendly staff, rustic and nice location. We will be back.

29/12/2024: We went there on the last evening of our vacation and were more than happy about it:
very idyllic, away from tourism, located in the mountains..
one of the peaceful dogs led us the last few meters to the restaurant (;
very friendly and courteous service,
mega romantic ambience on the terrace,
Food different than expected, almost extraordinary, but delicious.
If you take the sometimes narrow pass road (but from which you have a wonderful panorama over the lake in the evening) and get there, you will definitely be rewarded with a restaurant that (for us) represents true Italy and holiday flair matters!!
21/12/2024: The place has been there for a while... but the management is new. Three guys, you can see that they know the raw materials which are of good quality, fresh focaccia, typical Tuscan appetizer, good Florentine but the cooking could be improved as it was too much. Excellent house wine. The service excellent. The contour is poor. We are sure that you are adjusting your aim and have the capabilities. The medium-high prices are not justified especially by the environment. There is a lot to do for the location, it is not up to the standard of the food served, it needs to be repainted as soon as possible, the place needs to be heated before the customers come, the table linens need to be forgotten, we understand that you have just started but not it's a justification. Young and fit people with little money can do miracles with a coat of paint and a varnish on the furniture. High potential but to be developed. You will do it, we're sure of it. Dogs are allowed. Well done!

11/02/2025: I have been going to this hotel a stone's throw from the lake for years, I used to go there with my parents and now I'm bringing my family there. A perfect place to build memories. Always friendly owner and impeccable service. I'm trying to contact you to come back again this year but no one is answering. Have you changed your phone number?

08/10/2024: My partner and I spent 11 nights here and loved it! The Belgian guest in the neighbouring room told us that he had been coming to this hotel every year for the past 23 years. We hope we can do the same for the next 23 years or so.
The view from the balcony is spectacular, breathtaking, every day, every evening.
The room itself is basic but extremely clean and with a tiled floor (hygiene) and a fridge. :-) The bed was very comfortable (made every day by hotel staff) although our room neighbours from Switzerland found their bed a bit hard.
With the garden directly under the balcony our room was particularly quiet. We were fortunate to have a room on the 2nd floor. This way, we hat a great view of the lake over the tops of the trees in the garden.
At the end of the beautiful garden, you can take ferry to Iseo and other villages around the lake.
No warm breakfast available here - no eggs, for example. No boiled, fried or scrambled eggs. Certainly no Irish breakfast.
No Wifi in the rooms (available only at the reception).
The owner of the hotel and his staff (family members??) were very friendly and courteous.
This hotel is rated as a one-star hotel, but here we got better service than we have received in three-star hotels elsewhere.
We are looking forward to our next stay here - probably next year.

17/09/2024: From the tables outside you can enjoy a breathtaking view!!! In fact, opposite is Montisola and nearby there are boarding stations to reach it. Ample parking near the venue.

21/01/2025: the location overlooking the lake is beautiful, we ate the pizza which wasn't that good, I imagine that the rest of the menu was more palatable... rather high prices but the view there is worth it.

31/07/2024: « The place to be » pour savourer un séjour au lac d’Iseo avec une vue magnifique depuis chacune des 4 chambres, la piscine et le restaurant. Des propriétaires aux petits soins pour leurs clients vacanciers venus chercher le calme et le farniente. Très bon équipement dans la chambre climatisée et la sdb. Restauration délicieuse.
