06/01/2026: A truly beautiful place and excellent food!!! Highly recommended!! We had a vegetable strudel appetizer, two first courses (pizzoccheri and seafood ragù), and the apple strudel (the espresso fiordilatte ice cream paired with it was exceptional), and everything was truly exceptional. The lake view also made the experience even more enjoyable. Must try!!!

06/01/2026: An exclusive restaurant. The food is outstanding, standing out even among the excellent Italian cuisine. The portions aren't large, but they create a "wow" effect with the first bite. A very extensive wine selection, the menu is over a dozen pages long, and you'll find just about everything here – choosing a wine took us the longest. The service is professional, there's no language barrier, and the chef personally visits guests to ask about their impressions. The restaurant is meticulously crafted down to the last detail; even the glasses are handcrafted in a local factory, and the staff are happy to share information – we received a full catalog and all the information about them in response to our interest in the beautiful glasses. Here, every customer is treated with the utmost care and attention.

26/10/2025: I eat Florentine steaks often and willingly, but I have to say I've never eaten a cut of meat with so much sinew and parts that needed discarding. It's a shame, because the quality of the meat was good, but seriously, we threw away a good 30%. The rib-eye steak was good, but it was overcooked. The service, unfortunately; the young man forgot to let us taste the wine, but he was still very kind. One last flaw... I advise the owner to speak a little more quietly. At one point during the dinner, we were unable to talk to each other because she was joking and laughing with other diners, probably friends, but the situation was really awkward given her loud voice.

30/08/2025: A splendid, modern-style venue, located in the central square overlooking the lake. So, you won't be able to resist the temptations; excellent food to delight the palate. Need I say it? Highly recommended.

16/03/2026: The ambiance is beautiful, and the view inside and out is a real plus. The food is definitely good; we tried the exceptional polenta gnocchi, but also the excellent porcini mushroom pappardelle. The bread is AMAZING!! Which isn't a given, given that it's usually not the best quality. The only flaw is the melted cheese; I didn't realize it was a fondue... I was hoping for the classic slice of cheese cooked on a grill. They were a bit rushed to clear the table, but despite that, the service was excellent. Congratulations.

15/03/2026: I highly recommend this place, where they prepare dishes with excellent ingredients and professionalism. The Milanese tripe was delicious, with a generous portion, and the meat was also good. We'll definitely be back.

Everything worked flawlessly, and you can feel that the hotel cares about its guests' comfort. The location is also excellent. 01/03/2026: Let's just say this property has lost at least one star over time. In my opinion, this is precisely the problem. It doesn't have the typical service of a 4-star hotel. If it were a 3-star, my opinion would be different. The property itself is very good and is located practically on the lake with a remarkable view. However, it needs to be refreshed and updated. I stayed there with my son, and we're both big and tall. No problem with the size of the room or bathroom... but the beds, for example, were totally inadequate... the springs of the mattresses sank into our backs. We didn't sleep well. The staff is certainly very friendly, but not always well-trained. Let's just say that hospitality in the tourism sector is a different matter. Ultimately, in my opinion, it would be enough to refresh the property a bit and work more on staff training. It's a shame because the potential is there.
