08/03/2026: The place is beautiful, but I love the piadinas. They're cooked just right, and the way they're made is beautiful too. 5 stars.
22/02/2026: A single kiosk, impossible without a credit card machine. A minute and a half to process the order at the kiosk and a 15-minute wait for a classic piadina. Do we really need to go to Mac?
Plus, the prosciutto wasn't fresh.

Quick service and excellent piadina!
23/12/2025: Very, very rude staff. We ordered a baby piadina. After waiting half an hour, I went to ask how long it would take because half an hour seemed like a pretty long time for a baby piadina. The answer? As soon as it rings, it's ready. Okay. After his answer, my partner and I barked, even quite annoyed, but we did it among ourselves, without yelling or anything, so much so that he said that if it wasn't ready in 10 minutes, we would leave it there. After a while, a girl comes over with very rude manners and starts cursing at me, saying that I shouldn't be allowed to ask because they are working and that I was disrespectful, which honestly didn't seem like it to me since I had only asked for a simple thing. Meanwhile, she continued yelling, so we waited there for the piadina. Once we got it, we thanked her and wished her good luck. Their response? None. Rudeness towards customers is always top notch.

One of the best cappuccinos ever.
25/01/2026: Nice bar, very kind staff, they serve aperitifs, breakfasts, fresh fruit and all types of brioches, including vegan varieties, prices are a bit high and the sandwiches are super chubby.

06/04/2026: Aside from one RUDE girl (Pocahontas..) who works there, the others are always nice and kind and the ice cream is delicious!
25/03/2026: Yogurt with a wide variety of flavors, excellent availability of lactose-free yogurt, nice to make your own yogurt by putting in what you want, the only negative note is the price, be careful not to fill the cup too much, the one you see in the photo cost €6

11/12/2025: They are cooperative and friendly
02/12/2025: One star only because zero isn't an option. The experience was embarrassing. The employees try their best, but the managers live in a parallel universe. I simply asked for a refill of the Big Arch because it was cold, and I even found a curly red hair inside. No comment.
And while the place was packed, they were outside smoking and drinking coffee as if nothing was wrong. I didn't think lions worked at Mc Donald's; we're not at the zoo.

24/12/2025: I asked for a piadina and was told, "There's La Piadineria at the end of the corridor." Absolutely rude. They could have simply replied that the kitchen was closed.
03/11/2025: I went in to get a bottle of water, but the rude and arrogant cashier behind the counter attacked me simply because, having never been there before, I wasn't ready at the designated spot for payment by debit card. I hope such staff will be called back. Furthermore, when asking if I wanted a receipt, it's legally mandatory for customers to have a receipt for their purchases.

07/05/2025: Durante la mia ultima visita al ristorante Ikea di Roncadelle, ho apprezzato come sempre la qualità del cibo (non tutto!) e il servizio al tavolo, che come al solito è stato gradito. Tuttavia, l’esperienza alla cassa è stata poco piacevole. L’addetta (ragazza di colore raramente vista in cassa) ha mostrato un atteggiamento poco accogliente, rispondendo in maniera assai arrogante e poco collaborativa alle nostre richieste di aiuto. Questo ha creato tanto disagio, soprattutto per mio figlio di soli 7 anni, che non riusciva a comprendere il motivo di tale comportamento. Alla mia richiesta del perché di questo nervosismo, lei… “Ci ha licenziati indicandoci l’uscita”. Ho segnalato l’accaduto al responsabile di turno e spero che il ristorante possa lavorare per garantire un servizio più cortese e rispettoso per tutti i clienti.
11/04/2025: Merenda golosa con tanto di bis. Buonissima. Andiamo sempre a Padova (siamo di Verona) ma sinceramente dopo esser stati qui ci torneremo. Personale più accogliente,esposizione della merce migliore e tutto più curato.

26/07/2025: Pessima esperienza. Più volte ho ordinato dal menu esposto, ma non mi hanno mai servito, nonostante mancassero ancora ore alla chiusura. Poco professionali e zero attenzione al cliente. Sconsigliato.
18/06/2025: Personale maleducato, la ragazza in cucina che penso sia la responsabile (con i tatuaggi capelli corti) è stata indecente, ha lanciato praticamente il vassoio per passarmi il pranzo e ha risposto male più di una volta! Meglio che cambia lavoro perché quello a contatto con le persone non fa per lei!
