26/09/2023: I have no words, last night when the tabaccheria was closed I wanted to buy cigarettes, I put 10€ into the machine and bought a pack of Winston cigarettes for 5€ and the machine only gave me a 1€ task and one pack of cigarettes, I came on the second day when the owner was there and started making excuses saying It can’t be like this and I didn’t even try to find out why this happened so be careful

15/03/2024: My recent experience at this establishment was not up to the standards I expected, and I feel compelled to share some areas where I believe there is room for improvement. Firstly, the overall organization seemed lacking. It appeared that staff members were often unsure of their responsibilities, leading to a sense of disarray and inefficiency. Providing clear roles and better communication within the team could greatly enhance the operational flow. Moreover, leadership plays a crucial role in any organization, and it seemed that the current leadership might not be fully effective in guiding the team or instilling a strong sense of direction and purpose. While suggesting that the director be fired is harsh, I do believe that leadership training or a reevaluation of management practices could be beneficial in fostering a more cohesive and productive environment. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive criticism, with the aim of improving the experience for future customers. Improvement in these areas could significantly enhance the establishment's reputation and customer satisfaction.

16/06/2024: Ordinato 2 coca cola grandi mettendo il nr del tavolo. Dopo 10 minuti non erano neancora arrivate e sono andata al bancone. Locale praticamente vuoto. Personale scarso. E dir lento e’ forse un complimento. Da non ripetere. Il Mc Donald’s di Brescia in piazza Vittoria e’ un paradiso in confronto!!

06/04/2024: Molto pulito e ordinato sono stato servito in 10 minuti molto grande tanto CIBO personale molto gentile un sacco di tavoli.
