I would like to respond to the owner regarding my previous review. I wasn't referring to breakfast, but to a cabaret of pastries that I paid 80 euros and a birthday cake with sponge cake and just a few drops of chocolate, while the rest was all cream, for which I spent 49 euros. These prices seem really excessive to me for the quality offered.
Also, I pointed out the lack of diabetic-friendly desserts, and his response was that desserts with sweeteners are not sweet. I kindly invite you to attend a refresher course, because modern pastry making offers valid alternatives for those with different dietary needs. Unfortunately, in terms of innovation, you are still in the Middle Ages.

26/03/2025: We ate as a family, it felt like I was going back in time.
The lady who collects the orders on the pad, the list of the day's dishes on the blackboard and then explained by the lady, the absence of a menu just like forty years ago.
The very simple place with around twenty seats, the lovely lady who accompanies you to order, and the homemade food without pre-cooked dishes and without surprises, all homemade at the moment.
Finally, the bill was decidedly excellent, beyond any comparison with other places.
Congratulations we will definitely come again.

Hospitality is top, you sit at the table and they bring you a cuddle, delicious..
The waiters were very kind, knowledgeable and very professional.
Pizza, very high quality ingredients, never eaten cooked ham that melted in your mouth (my pizza was a capricciosa), fabulous.
On the dessert, damn, the tartare was a little cold in the center.
However, positive experience.
Negative notes, pizza knives that don't cut and the tartare to be improved.
Advise.

14/02/2025: Very good croissants and bread, in a very neglected environment. The thing that annoys me the most is that for the same things the amount varies based on who is at the register. The two young girls are honest, while if the lady with glasses is at the cash register I pay more.

16/12/2024: This hotel is a great place, just in between Brescia and Lago Di Garda, it offers a great base to explore the surroundings. The room was very comfortable, bed was comfy, everything was very clean with housekeeping coming every day to tidy up even though we did not expect it for our short stay. Breakfast was outstanding, a lot of options.
There is a major road just in front of the building, but that's nothing they can do about and we were not disturbed by anything although our room was facing towards the road, so not a problem at all.
Very friendly and service minded staff!
Looking forward to coming back!

08/02/2025: My daughter ordered a wholemeal piadina with philadelphia, mayonnaise and DOUBLE avocado.
I added a photograph "from there" because words cannot explain it...
She may have bizarre tastes but rather tell her it can't be done! 7.40 euros for a piadina that seems to have fallen to the floor and picked up after losing its contents.
Not good...

12/11/2024: I waited a long time to have breakfast, noticing a general disorganization. Carla is very good, the new pistachio brioche had a strange taste so much so that I couldn't eat it. The place is gorgeous.
