29/07/2024: Very beautiful and original hotel recovering an old building, perfect service and hospitality, great availability and courtesy. Room furnished simply and with good taste. It is an oasis of peace even if you are in the center of Rezzato. Furthermore, there is a large, free car park in front of the entrance. I highly recommend it because it is perfect and welcoming, you can also find places nearby where you can go and eat. Rating 10++++++

01/07/2024: Everything is nice to look at, but you are not listened to, therefore little attention to the customer, and prices too high, a normal latte at 3.70 you don't even pay like that in Venice, and obviously the prices are on the menu above the table that is seen afterwards having consumed obviously.

26/07/2024: I don't understand why offer a service like the "skip the queue" service by paying in advance with PayPal and then arriving at the restaurant to pay again because I didn't pay for the site and the restaurant and also wait for the piadina.... Well... at this point don't add the service if it doesn't work... if in doubt I'll pay twice and I have to be careful to see if they give me the first payment back or not... a 5 minute piadina becomes a challenge. POST REFUND MODIFICATION. Objectively very good customer service, within a day and a half I got the refund very easily. However, what happened was unpleasant, but good customer service

14/07/2024: On the site they write "create your own piadina" so I create chicken piadina, when I look at the piadina I think it's a joke because inside the piadina I find two pieces of chicken all at the cost of €7, I call and they tell me that they have to stick to a specific weight. I go to the piadina shop and he confirms that this is correct, no errors. I find what happened shameful, the piadina was disgusting, I refused to eat such rubbish, I left it on the counter and I will never go back to a piadina shop again.
