07/04/2024: Welcoming and refined environment. Gourmet pizzas with excellent products, with an amazing taste. Generous portions, we struggled to finish it. Obviously higher prices than other pizzerias but we are still talking about gourmet pizza and therefore in line with what they offer. Recommended for an occasion dinner.

Abbinamenti ricercati, impasto ottimo e grande qualità.
Si percepisce che c’è un ottimo lavoro dietro.

26/12/2023: Excellent pizza, let's say thin Roman style, and also al Tagliere which remains equally light. The waiter was nice and quick. The owner is kind and should just review and improve the management of takeaway pizza order times and those who ask for seating times. Difficult to find a seat in the early hours of the evening. Location in the summer there is room to sit outside but it remains on the main road of Quinzano which doesn't excite me very much. The very small inside has very few places.

29/09/2023: I ate at this location and was astounded by the quality of the food. The freshly baked pistachio croissant was the best I’ve ever had. It’s location is definitely out of the way in a nice quiet town. However, on Sundays, it’s the place to be! So get there early and enjoy a bite to eat before noon as the pastries will run out quick!

18/12/2023: Prima volta con la nuova gestione. Pizza molto buona, leggera e sottile il giusto. Personale giovane e disponibile. Locale caldo e tranquillo. Prezzi nella norma. Ritornerò.

L'unica pecca purtroppo è il caffè...
Imbevibile... infatti il mio era ancora nella tazzina...
Quando alla cassa ci viene chiesto: " Tutto bene?"
Abbiamo fatto presente la nota dolente della cena. La persona che presumo fosse il proprietario del locale la sua risposta è stata: "l'importante che la pizza andasse bene,il nostro caffè è questo"
Non aggiungo altro... preferisco...

16/10/2023: Ottimi abbinamenti, panino squisito e buona qualità. La tartare dipende, se usa la carne giusta viene squisita, ma le più tante volte è poco saporita e non ha una bella cera, basterebbe pochissimo per migliorare.
22/07/2023: Il cibo è veramente buono, l'atmosfera gradevole ma il servizio pessimo, i camerieri non curavano la sala, non ci hanno portato il menu, non sparecchiavano e ci siamo dovuti alzare sia per chiedere l'acqua è sia per il caffè....un vero peccato perché il ristorante è un gioiellino
