05/08/2025: Excellent food, super attentive to food intolerances. There was even a lactose-free dessert! Not all the photos are of lactose-free dishes. I fell in love with the shrimp and avocado salad.

30/07/2025: I had lunch alone at this restaurant, and overall, the experience was good: the ambiance was elegant and the dishes were well-presented. However, there was one incident that left me a little disappointed. After my first course, I asked for olive oil, but the waiter (who I believe was also the owner) refused to bring it, saying that "the dish is fine as it is." I found this response rude and restrictive, given that everyone should be free to enjoy a dish as they prefer. For my second course, however, I made the same request to a waitress, who kindly brought me the oil without any problems. So: 2 stars for the owner's attitude, but 3 stars overall because the food is good and the staff (aside from that incident) was friendly. I could even recommend it, but with this small reservation.

24/08/2025: Among the best in the area. Rich fillings with various Slow Food Presidium ingredients. The desserts are also excellent (never taken for granted in a restaurant).

18/08/2025: Quite a welcoming place, lots of varieties of both pizza and schiacciata, the latter recommended, thin and light dough, rich in mozzarella and ingredients, also worth trying, the classic pizzas are really large compared to the average, improve the place without air conditioning in the hottest periods

11/08/2025: I've been to Diego's many times. But this time, it was an experience I wouldn't repeat. Excessive heat. Customers fanning themselves with menus and wiping their faces with napkins. Few ceiling fans, and ineffective. The air conditioning was off, or at least acted as if it were. The beer got warm after 5 minutes. I would have left before ordering, but I wasn't alone. The pizza described as having tomato sauce on the menu arrived practically without it... and with a bit of black crust.

11/08/2025: Worth the trip. Excellent food, excellent service, and a very unique, welcoming atmosphere with countless drawings by artists and designers on the restaurant's old paper placemats. Recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

02/08/2025: A family business in its fourth generation. Excellent food, wine, and service. We followed the recommendations and were completely satisfied and happy. The ambiance is charming and characterful.
