I politely ask the girl who is giving me some bread if she can please use the appropriate tongs, since she was calmly making receipts, handling money and then with and if nothing happened she touched the food and gave it to the customers.
I repeat that I was not rude, on the contrary..
But despite this, the counter attendant was annoyed at my request, she puts the bread back on the counter, she sprays a bit of sanitizer on her gloves and as if my request were a bizarre one, she bags my bread. Without even apologizing or thinking about how disgusting something like that can be, he chatted with his colleague with all the serenity in the world.
The first time I saw it done in this shop (always by the same person) I thought of a moment of confusion, or tiredness that can happen to anyone... but apparently it's not only a habit, and if you do note that the most basic hygiene rules must be respected and you are also treated badly.
I will gladly leave the bread that I wanted to buy from you, which at the end of the day between banknotes and spray will be delicious and your counter clerk will be able to take it home.

Fair price.
14/03/2024: We were there yesterday, we ate ravioli stuffed with pumpkin (fantastic) and ravioli stuffed with wild herbs (amazing), roast beef and grilled meat with a side of green beans. The menu changes based on the availability of raw materials. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
It's easy to get to and has parking. I will definitely go back

25/03/2024: Provo questo ristorante visto un milione di volte, essendo nella piazza centrale del paese, per un pranzo veloce con un'amica.
Quello che abbiamo mangiato ci è piaciuto parecchio, sia per le materie prime sia per come sono state cucinate, nonostante la "semplicità" dei piatti che abbiamo scelto.
Servizio cortese e veloce.
Prezzi abbastanza elevati, soprattutto guardando il menù serale, che comunque sarebbe da provare.
Alla fine dei conti, una bella scoperta fuori dalla porta di casa, probabilmente migliore di altri di cui in paese si sente parlare maggiormente.
