While the hotel itself varies between looking like a 3 star, and looking like a 4 star, the service from members of staff is truly 5 star.
We could not have been made to feel more welcomed and comfortable during our stay - thank you all!

30/06/2026: Given that I always like to have breakfast sitting comfortably at the bar, I still find it really unfair to tell customers that nothing can be done at the counter. I wonder if this is allowed or is it a rule on Lake Garda? (Maybe there are people who can't afford to sit down or maybe they're in a hurry.) I forgot about two cappuccinos and two croissants costing €10.00.

31/05/2026: Very well-kept and clean hotel. Excellent breakfast.
I was very disappointed with my room assignment. I booked a junior suite, and upon check-in, I was given a triple room of ridiculous size. Samuel was personally unpleasant and almost annoyed by my comment. Bob, I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I blame Booking.com, but the real fault lies with the room management team. Terrible.
17/05/2026: A beautiful, newly renovated hotel in a very quiet location in the mountains of Trentino! Highly recommended. Breakfast was also excellent!

07/07/2026: We found the ambiance, sitting right on the lake overlooking the water, simply wonderful. The balcony is narrow, but that didn't detract from the experience. The food was very tasty, although the portions were rather small for the price. The cakes for dessert weren't quite special enough for us, considering the price. Nevertheless, we would go again; the atmosphere is truly lovely :-)
09/05/2026: The location is fantastic, the food good and tasty. The fish menu impresses with its diverse flavors. Pleasantly quiet in the off-season. A lovely evening.

12/07/2026: Fantastic view, one of the most beautiful on the lake. I've always accepted food that's borderline acceptable at this place just to enjoy such a spectacular view. But tonight, the food was truly disappointing. The food was so poor that you can't even find it in a 14-euro set menu at a trattoria. The best was the "fagioli al uccelletto" listed on the menu. They arrived in a bowl of beans that looked like they'd just been dumped out of a can of "canned beans." Without even cleaning them, they were in their own brown water. Hey, who are you trying to steal?

20/07/2025: Schade, in exponierter Lage unter Olivenbäumen direkt am See speisend erlebten wir einen Service ohne Seele.
Trotz mehrfachen Bittens und Hinweisens darauf, den Abend doch gerne in Ruhe und mit ein wenig Gelassenheit zwischen den Gängen erleben zu dürfen, fertigte das Personal uns mit rasantem Tempo ab.
Die Speisen durchaus von guter Qualität lassen beim Gast - mit dieser Hast serviert - keine genussvolke Glückseligkeit aufkommen
28/06/2025: sono stato con la mia famiglia in questo posto e siamo arrivati con aspettative molto alte una volta arrivati servizio sgradevole e abbiamo aspettato 45 minuti.
cibo arrivato cozze fredde e tovaglioli de pane già sporchi.
pieno di insetti che ti giravano intorno al cibo.

La Baia D'Oro

17/05/2025: Il locale è carino ed accogliente, la posizione e la vista senz'altro meravigliosi. Tutto il resto purtroppo è invece totalmente negativo. Si parte con dei grissini da supermercato ed una piccola monoporzione in alluminio con del burro (duro). Il menù non invoglia, prendiamo uno spaghetto alle vongole e delle capesante. il primo è passabile, seppur servito in un piatto freddo (sapranno che ormai quasi ovunque certe pietanze sono portate in piatti caldi?). Le capesante sono davvero incommentabili, impossibile sentirne il gusto visto che navigavano nel condimento (come si vede dalla foto). La parte che ha dell'incredibile arriva con il vino: due calici di bianco serviti CALDI. Nemmeno nell'ultimo baretto disperso in periferia mi era mai successa una cosa del genere!!! Il tempo di raffreddarsi e la cena era ormai quasi terminata. Ciliegina sulla torta? Alle 21.35 il cameriere si avvicina per comunicare che il locale sta chiudendo...mai più.
