20/12/2024: Excellent service in the dining room, with Adele doing her utmost to satisfy requests and the quality of the dishes is excellent, with the fassona tartare which deserves a special mention. The new managers of San Clemente have started off on the right foot. Discovered it for the company dinner, I will definitely return.

The food.....exceptional, refined and simple at the same time, tasty without being heavy, excellent cuisine and also very attentive to customers' allergies. A place that I recommend both for an evening as a couple and for a banquet or an important dinner. Congratulations to you!

02/12/2024: Restaurant where Fusion cuisine is offered with seasonal products. The menu consists of several dishes, which are small portions, like tapas. The staff suggests having 3 to 5 courses. The professional and kind staff guides you in choosing the dishes and wine to match and takes care of serving the courses in the most suitable order so as not to lose the flavours. Each dish was a sensory experience. Anchovies with butter, venison tartare, duck with persimmons, spaghetti with yeast or truffles and much more. Very well stocked cellar. Cozy environment. Interesting location in Erbusco in Franciacorta.

21/12/2024: Food, service and interior did not live up to the expectations created by the sight of the external place and the renowned name. We took two tasting menus, food without infamy or praise, the flavors did not impress and left us as if we had eaten at an average level restaurant. Service not of a high level restaurant. Fairly honest price. I would return perhaps for some ceremony but not for a single lunch or dinner.

09/12/2024: Ho cenato con famiglia e cagnolino verso le ore 19.30. Ragazzi che servono gentili e col sorriso. Il mangiare e buono . Con piacere abbiamo aspettato pochi minuti sia x ordinare che gustarci la cena. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

21/01/2025: What I really can't stand is having to wait outside for the staff to pick us up when there are so many empty tables. Nonetheless, we still have to wait a long time. More than once I gave up. very wrong commercial attitude.
