12/10/2025: Don’t be deceived by the charming man at the entrance who enthusiastically explains the menu and convinces you to step inside… it’s all an act. We decided to give the restaurant a chance, only to be completely misled by everything he promised about the food. Because it was a chilly evening, I ordered the mussel soup and was given the option of a creamy or tomato broth. I chose the tomato, expecting something warm and flavorful. What I received instead was a bowl of salty, murky water with dried-out, overwhelmingly fishy mussels. It wasn’t just disappointing, it was inedible, and it wasn’t even what I had ordered. When I politely pointed this out, the waiter offered little more than a shrug and a half-hearted apology before suggesting another dish, though by that point, I had completely lost confidence in the kitchen and couldn’t bring myself to order anything else. My daughter’s tomato pasta was not much better. It was overcooked and in an insignificant tasting sauce that was too oily. The final insult came when we went to pay… the waiter tried to charge us coperto for 4 people when there were only 2 of us, clearly hoping we wouldn’t notice. I rarely leave negative reviews or complain at a restaurant but this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, not just in Italy, but anywhere. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place.

12/10/2025: From the outside, an attractive restaurant with a pushy tout at the door. The inside was very cramped with sticky tables. The food, unfortunately, was a disaster. The dishes weren't properly hot and mostly tasteless. The portions were very small for the price, like a welcome from the kitchen. The service was very inattentive. In fact, no one was full, and we had to go to another restaurant afterwards. Don't be fooled and steer clear of this restaurant.

19/07/2025: ABSOLUTELY AVOID! This kind of disappointment happens when you don't read reviews beforehand... Even one star is too much here! The food was like something you'd find in a bad cafeteria: grilled vegetables consisted of three warmed zucchini slices with a little bread. The homemade lasagna was also microwaved, as it was still partially frozen inside. Let's not even talk about the taste. Never again!

19/07/2025: LESS THAN 1 STAR IS NOT ELIGIBLE! The visit was already at the beginning of April 2025. This experience teaches us again that reviews do have a certain amount of significance. Firstly, the wait time for the food is exorbitant. Even though we were the only guests at the time. It wasn't yet the season. Ordered homemade lasagna - lukewarm and there were several bones in it!!! After complaining and without comment, the second homemade lasagna arrived an eternity later. This one was boneless, but still completely frozen inside!!! And I had to wait about 20 minutes for that. My partner had ordered grilled vegetables and received them in the meantime. Mind you - the meal consisted of 3 lukewarm zucchini strips and some bread. When we brought this up, of course, they suddenly couldn't understand us anymore. So I switched to Italian, and the waiter suddenly became embarrassed. By the way, the boss/manager or whatever that person is, who ultimately gets the money, behaved so inappropriately. He stood at the front of the building with dubious characters the whole time, smoking nonstop, and making fun of the "German guests." Too bad I understand the language. At least I didn't have to pay for the lasagna. Which I would have refused anyway. Ultimately, we left the store hungry and with a life lesson. PLEASE - GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE. PLEASE!
