16/07/2026: I'm very disappointed. The food was okay, but nothing special. The biggest shock, however, came with the bill: the waiters simply added a €15 tip to themselves without asking me beforehand or getting my approval. This is completely unacceptable to me and seems extremely unprofessional. Tips should always be voluntary and not automatically added. Because of this experience, I won't be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.
16/07/2026: It was okay overall. The appetizers were good, albeit very expensive. The pizza wasn't great. I was shocked when the bill arrived and I saw that they had simply added €2.50 per person for service without even asking. I'm happy to give a tip, but not without being asked! Under these circumstances, I don't want to come back!

An atmospheric Italian restaurant far from the busy tourist influences.
Delicious food, prepared and served by this family business. (Starter, main course, and dessert)
We will definitely go back here when we are in the area.
The road leading there is beautiful and offers a glimpse of the stunning nature slightly inland from Lake Idro.
20/07/2026: On my way back from Pinzolo, I decided to take a detour for lunch. I couldn't have made a better choice, both for the food and the kindness of the owners, who I believe are family-run. Kindness is their strong point. The food was amazing... the venison steak was fantastic, it melted in your mouth. The giardiniera was sublime, and the grilled bagoss was excellent. The polenta with wild boar and the tagliatelle with wild boar were delicious. What can I say? Go there...

01/08/2026: Inn on the road with a splendid view of Lake Idro. We stopped for breakfast and had a good time, and even though I haven't tried it, it's attractive for a lunch break. I would like to highlight the friendliness of the managers.

21/06/2026: The restaurant enjoys a beautiful location surrounded by greenery and overlooking the lake.
The terrace where we had lunch was very pleasant.
The waitress who served us was very kind, attentive, and smiling.
The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.
The restrooms are outside the restaurant and are old and run-down, but still clean.
20/06/2026: A restaurant like the ones of old, with quality and a rustic setting. The beer is top-notch! Huge pizzas.

30/06/2026: The hotel has been extensively renovated and is now fantastic. The food is wonderful. These couple are living their dream and are very friendly. The lake and surrounding area are sensational. Simply idyllic.
14/06/2026: I read earlier that the spaghetti bolognese wasn't good, but in my case, it was truly excellent and very generous. So far, this is where I've had the best spaghetti bolognese in Italy. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

01/12/2024: Siamo tornati dopo un pò di tempo in questo bel locale che offre una splendida vista sul lago di Idro. Bella location, menù molto completo, cibo ottimo, personale molto cordiale e prezzo concorrenziale. Peccato sia per noi un pò distante. Assolutamente da provare molto
