01/03/2025: Ah yes, one of the "best"hospitals in Toronto😒😒If you enjoy spending your entire day and night waiting for basic test results, I'd recommend this place. Friend kf mine had the absolute pleasure of sitting here from 10 AM until literally 1AM nextday, watching time slowly slip away while receiving little to no updates. The level of efficiency is truly inspiring✨️if the goal is to see how long a human can sit in a waiting room before losing their mind. The doctors and nurses may be great, but good luck actually seeing them. If you have nowhere else to be for the next 12+ hours, this place is perfect for you! Absolutely ridiculous.

27/02/2025: Dangerous Negligence – Avoid This ER If You Value Your Health I am shocked by the level of neglect and incompetence at this hospital’s emergency room. My fiancée’s daughter had a high fever over 41°C (105.8°F), severe ear pain, and pus draining from her ear—clear signs of a serious infection. We called ahead, only to be told to go elsewhere. After insisting, we brought her in, but despite her critical condition, she was left waiting for over 5 hours without treatment. The staff showed zero urgency or empathy. Nurses and registration staff disappeared, leaving over 50 patients stranded in the waiting room with no information. No triage assessment was done, no doctor checked on her, and the hospital did nothing while she suffered in pain and fever. We finally had no choice but to leave and seek medical care elsewhere. This is not just bad service—it is dangerous and life-threatening negligence. If we had waited any longer, her condition could have worsened significantly. Hospitals exist to save lives, not ignore patients in medical distress. If you or a loved one need urgent care, do not rely on this hospital. This ER needs serious reform. No one should have to beg for medical attention in an emergency room.
