09/11/2025: It's not like it used to be, it's changed so much that I'm speechless about the clerk on the phone. We had ordered for 6:50 PM, we waited until 8:00 PM, without ever receiving a call, so we called and the clerk kept telling us she'd called us, which in reality she never did, and in the end our pizzas never arrived. An hour and more waiting for nothing.

03/02/2026: My cousin was in a bad accident a week ago. I want to give credit and thank the Air Ornge Crew, and glad that we have a helicopter to expedite these situations. He was admitted to the ICU and got the greatest care from the doctors and nurses. His nurses Wendy W, and Shirley gave him the greatest care. The whole department is a well oiled machine, and everyone that works in there showed the up most professionalism, greatest bedside manner, and an unbelieveable amount of compassion. So lucky to have these people to care for these patients.
02/02/2026: Came here with my girlfriend to see a doctor. Whether your in extreme pain or not they simply tell you to wait. I'm also an essential worker myself. I thought by coming to Sunnybrook it would be a better experience. Absolutely wrong its all same. Nurses, Doctors just here to make $. Only going to get treatment when its trauma. Pretty sad. Won't be coming back here. Simply basic hospitality skills are needed. Eg would you like some water ? SMH

23/06/2025: Alle Zimmer mit Balkon=nein, Früchte im Zimmer=nein, Aussicht auf das Dorf=nein. Das Frühstück war kleinlich. Versprechen, dass sehr ruhig stimmt schlichtweg nicht. War super laut bis 02.00 Uhr. Wir werden ganz sicher nicht mehr dort logieren. Dann wurde uns vom Samstag auf Sonntag der volle Preis verrechnet obwohl es gar kein Frühstück gab. Reklamiert. Aussage: ist halt so.

23/12/2024: personale scortese e aperitivo misero ma buono. eravamo in due ma il tagliere era fatto per una persona. non ci tornerei per un aperitivo ma il gelato di solito è buono
17/08/2024: Mi sono fermata più volte alla gelateria Essenza, trovando sempre prodotti di qualità in un locale piacevole, fresco e lindo.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile e oggi si sono prodigati ad inventare un packaging per portare un Sundae al caramello salato fino a Bergamo.
Li ringrazio di cuore e confermo che il Sundae è arrivato sano e salvo per la gioia di chi ne ha goduto
