Refined and relaxing atmosphere.
Very kind and discreet waiting staff.
Balanced and very well presented dishes.
The pigeon proposed with different cooking methods exceeded our expectations.
Lots of choice on the wine list.
Compliments to all the staff!
10/02/2025: We had the great fortune of trying this tavern a few evenings ago.
The venue appears elegant and refined.
The tables far apart from each other give the feeling of enjoying an intimate moment. The lighting in the very center of the table is beautiful, as if to underline the importance of the culinary experience and not of the surrounding environment, as if the table were the theater of great works.
We tried the Vit.Ale tasting menu, which contains the more experimental spirit of the two chefs, with a pairing of three recommended glasses to match the dishes.
Each course was truly an experience, strong and highly refined flavours, unthinkable but very well balanced combinations.
Service for 10, all the girls in the room were excellent, both for the presentation of the dishes and wine and for the attention at all times, always present but never absolutely intrusive.
Total cost €350.

28/12/2024: Trattoria not Trattoria for the idea with which I mean Trattoria. Elegant, spotlessly clean place in a quiet setting outside the chaos of the city with a panoramic view. Very suitable for ceremonies or events of various types. Quality food, mainly fish-based dishes.

14/01/2025: I came to this place for the first time in December 2023 when the risottos, creamed to perfection with a "wave" effect, corresponded to what is still posted in their window today. A reality that passed away at the beginning of 2025 when the risotto that was served to me was no longer the same. At the moment that the quality is no longer the same, asking €18 for a pre-cooked risotto, therefore in white, where the aromas are not cooked together with the rice, but are added later based on the order request, is an irrefutable abuse.

02/01/2025: Very, very good pizza but if you order home delivery it very often arrives at least 15 minutes late, that's fine, but if it becomes half an hour it's a bit too long... it's also true that either they don't make you pay for it or they give you pizzas" bonus" to apologize.
