08/08/2025: Unacceptable experience! I ordered a soy macchiato and they brought me a coffee with regular milk. When I pointed out the mistake and the seriousness of the situation to the counter, explaining that I had an allergy, I was met with a cold, "I'm sorry," with no concern for the consequences for my health. It's 2025, and there are still people who treat food allergies lightly, putting customers at risk and displaying a total lack of responsibility and professionalism. If you have intolerances or allergies, I don't recommend this place. Mistakes can happen, but indifference doesn't.
