04/01/2025: I often go to the chain's stores in Erbusco and Antegnate and have always had a good experience. Here, nothing to say about the products but yes about the service. The place wasn't crowded, but I waited 20 minutes from issuing the receipt to delivery, the thing that bothered me was that I saw people who entered 5 minutes after me ordering with the app in front of my eyes while I I was already waiting for it to be served before me.
19/11/2024: Friendly and professional staff, clean and tidy place, fast service with excellent products.

08/12/2024: I took some pastries and a slice of pizza, nothing to say, all really good, but the slice was very small at €4.50 and I say ok because it's still worth it but for the pastries I asked for 10, it says in the window which cost €1 each and for some strange reason he made me pay 12, so €12.. it's not for the €2 but I don't like dishonesty!
Answer: put the prices clearly visible then because if I see one price and you tell me another obviously anyone would think wrong!
I asked if they were 1 euro each and I was told yes. Then I don't go back to the place on purpose. That's why reviews exist and just don't go back to where you didn't have a good time! Make the prices clear in the window instead of answering randomly! But then also the slice of pizza I had taken, you gave me a tiny piece for €4.50 that not even a child could get enough of! It's lucky how you cut it, the next piece was double the size and you still charged €4.50 for it! Make up your mind and be clear instead!

L ultima volta sola a pranzo...silenzio totale...e mi ha fatto aspettare ben mezz ora nonostante il ristorante fosse vuoto!
