The quality of the products is high, with a nice selection of pastries and cakes as well.
The staff is friendly, thorough, and attentive to detail, making it a pleasant stop.
The place is aesthetically pleasing and has a comfortable outdoor terrace.
The quality-price ratio is absolutely in line with the area and competitive with the competition. Recommended!

08/08/2026: Had lunch today, the cockerel was incredibly good. I've tried the restaurant in Brescia, Busnago, and also the one near Orio, but this one is different from all the others. I think it's thanks to the chef, whom I've been seeing for many years despite the frequent staff changes. Always a pleasure to eat here.

The chef preferred to serve other people who arrived 30 minutes after us.
23/11/2025: I just tried Dalmen Pizza and I have to say it was a great experience! I ordered a kebab wrap with fries and a drink, and it was absolutely delicious. The wrap was well-filled, with flavorful and tender meat, the fries perfectly crispy, and the portions were generous.
The service was quick and courteous, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Excellent value for money.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for something tasty and satisfying!

02/07/2026: I presented my MD card and they told me it wasn't registered, so no discount at the end of the bill. It's a shame they accepted the welfare gift card, though... Never again in a supermarket like this!! Far from being a good shopping experience, Italy! You're the real SHAME OF ITALY.... What's more, it's dirty, poorly managed, and full of low-quality products, in defiance of health.

01/08/2026: I would definitely not recommend this place.
The food was clearly not fresh and tasted like it had been sitting around for a long time. I ordered the ribs, but the portion was unbelievably small. There was so little meat on the bones that you could only look at them and smell them. To find even a small piece of dry meat to eat, you need a lot of patience and to be desperately hungry.
The service was just as disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming and seemed to care only about getting as many customers through the door as possible. There was no sense of hospitality or customer care at all.
Overall, one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had. I will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered a few things. There were two of us, and the delivery times were pretty slow.
The first tray started to arrive. We waited a bit because half of the items were missing, but it didn't arrive.
We pointed out that another tray was missing, and up until then, everything was fine. Making mistakes is human.
We noticed that other things were missing, so I went back in to point out that other things were missing.
We came out and they had made another mistake: the spicy nuggets were missing. I went back in for the third time because he gave me regular ones, and unbelievably, it's my fault because I told the guy that the spicy nuggets were missing. But seriously? Next time, I won't come in politely three times in a row, especially if I get a response from the guy too.
With lots of giggles in the kitchen with my colleague who, annoyed, didn't say anything when she gave me the box of nuggets.

30/07/2026: Truly incompetent team drives, every order always has a minimum 15 minute wait. Honestly, I won't be coming back for drives anymore.
22/07/2026: I was in Dalmine for work and stopped at this McDonald's during my lunch break. Unfortunately, a waitress spilled Coke on me, and since I didn't have a change of clothes, I had to continue the day like that. I was disappointed that she didn't really apologize, simply saying it wasn't intentional. Plus, they didn't come to clean up after 20 minutes.

03/07/2026: A very negative experience.
I ordered a classic Red Bull from the kiosk, but was delivered a Sugar-Free Red Bull. When I pointed out that it wasn't the product I ordered, I was told that that was fine because the classic wasn't available.
I then asked for either the correct product or a refund, since they weren't delivering what I'd ordered. After a wait, I was given a classic Red Bull, but not cold, even though it was very hot outside.
When I asked again, I was told that a refund wasn't possible due to "company policy," and was offered a nonsensical solution: putting the can in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Obviously, after the wait, the drink wasn't cold anyway.
The most unpleasant thing was the tone of the staff: one employee replied, "Do you want to teach me how to work?" and another cashier laughed during the situation. Unprofessional and disrespectful attitude toward the customer.
I'm not questioning the error itself, which can happen, but the handling of the issue and the way I was treated. I simply expected the product I ordered or a refund for the drink. They've lost a customer. Best regards.
25/06/2026: After almost a year, I decided to give it one star because they no longer have a POS terminal for paying with meal vouchers. Almost a year... Instead of saying it's broken, etc., just say you don't accept them anymore, and don't make fun of people or waste their time. I'll have to stop coming here. Kudos to the management.
