Orders (requested several times) never arrived
Cutlery missing
50 cents more for everything ordered, cover charge included, because the bands are playing inside the venue (we were outside, we didn't hear anything)
Ordered two different fried foods, they arrived and they were the same
No separate accounts
Too bad, it was a nice place years ago..
12/07/2024: Terrible service, slow and unhelpful drivers. Passable food, nothing special. Duty to be paid on every order just because there is live music, and we didn't even listen to it being outside. Last but not least, you don't make separate accounts.. bye indeed!!

22/08/2024: Eravamo in zona e abbiamo deciso di fermarci qui per cena. Abbiamo ordinato due toast. Probabilmente il pane è stato cambiato recentemente perché lo ricordavo diverso. Ora è molto sottile e nel nostro caso anche molto secco. La farcitura buona ma nulla di eccezionale.
Inoltre la carta fedeltà è difficile da gestire e ogni volta è necessario accedere al proprio profilo sul sito internet. Decisamente poco pratico!

15/07/2024: I have been to this place and I was really really disappointed. Dirty and confusing place, crowd of people (mainly foreigners) running from one station to another to be the first to get the plate and fill it until there is not a crumb left for the " loser" next to him who is waiting for his turn. I have never seen such a bad place.... I will never ever go back ‼️ They should remove these places where you only notice the magna......

22/08/2024: Siamo stati qui per un aperitivo. Inizialmente avevo qualche perplessità dato che la loro attività è incentrata soprattutto sul vino e io non lo amo ma ho dovuto ricredermi. Per €9,90 a testa ci hanno portato due spritz (decisamente abbondanti) e un tagliere con prodotti buoni e vari.
Luogo decisamente approvato e consigliato per gli aperitivi!

19/07/2024: Dopo parecchio tempo sono tornata per un caffè in questo chiosco, mentre ero nel centro commerciale. Un' ampia varietà di scelta di caffè golosi, sempre sulla base del caffè Illy
18/07/2024: Di passaggio dal centro commerciale di Curno mi sono fermato ancora al caffè Portello per un caffè. Dato che faceva caldo ho scelto tra le proposte “fredde” e, invece del solito “cioccofreddo” ho preso una novità a base di crema-caffè con panna e amarene. Hanno sempre qualcosa di goloso.

26/07/2024: We go there sometimes if we're craving steak and they're very close. Our area has now become an eatery district! The veal steak is excellent and is served on a hot iron base: I don't like eating cold steak. Strange cut of the chips and average quality. The Chianti by the glass is of average quality. I believe that in the future we will have to eat much less beef as the impact of the production of this meat is too high on our ecosystem and no longer sustainable with almost 8 billion people in the world.
21/07/2024: Excellent and plentiful salad with chicken and cereals, the chips were seasoned with a slightly cold sauce, my daughter's hamburger was not perfectly cooked. Overall decent, but could be improved. There are no vegetarian dishes!!!

31/08/2024: Very rude sales assistants. They served us an order with half the fries due and pretended to be right by belittling us because we are 14 year olds
31/08/2024: they have to change all the staff I ordered an offer where there were 2 mayonnaise they gave me one which was also expired... ordered an ice cream which was half of it, cold chips.
