03/11/2025: The managers are welcoming, smiling, and very friendly, as is the staff. It has a very family-run atmosphere. Breakfast is very good, and the evening meals are also good. The pizzas are excellent. There is a bit of noise in the morning (very early), but it's not a big deal. I would come back.

07/12/2025: Sunday. 9:30 am. After a 20-minute wait, but especially after seeing customers who came in after us being served, we left without even ordering since no one paid any attention to us.

10/11/2025: I am extremely disappointed and outraged by my experience at this restaurant on Saturday evening. My daughter, who suffers from celiac disease, specifically asked if the food she was served was gluten-free, and the staff confirmed that it was. Unfortunately, after starting the meal, my daughter became ill. What's worse is that the staff downplayed the situation, giving unnecessary diagnoses and failing to take her condition seriously. Celiac disease is a serious and potentially life-threatening illness. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to ignore this allergy and fail to take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of its customers. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve staff training and ensure situations like this don't happen again in the future. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with allergies or food intolerances.

29/09/2025: Nice place with a great atmosphere. I had a macchiato with my friends. Parking wasn't a problem. Friendly service.

27/06/2025: From what I know, there is nothing to complain about with regards to the bar. But as far as the fixed price menu is concerned, we are not at all there. Apart from the choice of two first courses and two second courses, which is acceptable, the waiting times are biblical, which are not good for those who have an hour to spare (I have seen people who got up and left without being able to eat the second course because they had exceeded the time limit and otherwise they have to clock in to try and understand). They brought me the second course (veal with tuna sauce) telling me that they had forgotten the side dish, and that's fine, when they brought it to me, a portion of French fries, in a Barbie bowl and raw ones at that. Keep making bars, you probably know how to do it well, as far as the cooking is concerned, leave it alone, you will make less of a fool of yourself.

01/12/2025: We went for lunch yesterday, we were a group of 12 people, we all had a great time, excellent food, all the waiters were professional and friendly, they even offered us a bottle of wine because one of us was celebrating his birthday, top price, what can I say, highly recommended

29/11/2025: I've been there a couple of times over the weekend with my family and had a great meal, the service was attentive. Everything was good, so much so that I'd recommend it to others. Then I went back with a friend on a weekday. Four tables in total. A long wait for two pizzas, they arrived undercooked, one thing was missing, another was missing, then they handed over the dessert menu. We waited 25 minutes to order, and then we got up to ask. One dessert was missing from the menu, okay. We ordered one, and something was missing there too, the coffee with the Vecchia was missing. We're two quiet people, so we didn't make a fuss. But that's not how it's done. It's a matter of respect. The facts are true, whatever answer they get, the facts are facts.

11/11/2025: I've been going to Beup since I was a kid and I've always had a great time with the staff, food, and evenings at the top!! I recommend it to everyone✌🏽
