Perhaps the only vegan option on the menu, and without counting the side dishes, the only vegan dish in general.
The pizza dough was very good and light, it's a shame that the puree was a little sour.

05/03/2024: Absolutely delicious and generous topping (and their pistachio paste is fantastic!). The dough is perfect. I Didn’t have a pizza as good as this for years!! We had Da gianni and spekio.
The owner and her son are fun, super lovely and hospitable. We will definitely be back next time we’re around.

17/12/2023: Ho visitato questo lido in un caldo e soleggiato weekend di ottobre per una colazione fuori dal comune. Si trova in una caletta nel tratto di mare tra Cogoleto e Varazze. Si può accedere dalla ciclopedonale Arenzano-Varazze oppure in auto dalla litoranea tramite un comodissimo parcheggio riservato. La ciclopedonale è il vecchio tracciato della linea ferroviaria dismessa e la cala dove si trova il lido è stata acquistata dalle Ferrovie dello Stato in quell'occasione. Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere il titolare Fabio che ha avuto il pregio non solo di non stravolgere la natura del posto ma di averla valorizzata. Infatti lungo la scalinata che scende dal parcheggio al lido ha creato delle simpatiche piazzole abbellite con piante e panchine dove si possono godere momenti di relax, delle pause pranzo, e meravigliose vedute del mare. Complimenti a Fabio per tutto quello che fa e custodisce con passione per salvaguardare questo posto magico.
14/10/2023: Dopo la camminata sul lungomare Europa di quasi 5km fermarsi per un ristoro in qs locale con vista sul mare è stato un ottimo punto di ristoro dove abbiamo consumato un ottimo succo di frutta fresca dopo essere stati accolti con gentilezza. Bagno super pulito. Ottimo direi!!

Are you happy that they will put the beach concessions up for tender in order to remove the criminal encrustations that have managed them until now?

Roberta sommelier ready to serve exceptional wines and cocktails; Danilo super chef who knows how to tempt you with both traditional and refined dishes!! What can I say once you come you never leave them!!
03/11/2023: There were 3 of us with a child, without a reservation and they welcomed us with kindness and courtesy. We ordered fried anchovies for an appetizer with some excellent red mullet! Accompanied with a good Vermentino. Good pesto trofie and Ligurian rabbit as well.
Of note: good full gluten-free menu. I advise

It is a pleasure to come back every time and be welcomed by the exquisite courtesy of all the staff, exchange chats and laughs while enjoying an excellent coffee or enjoying one of the best aperitifs overlooking the sea.
If you weren't there you would have to invent yourself.

20/11/2023: Without a doubt the best pizza in Varazze. We stayed with friends and a two year old daughter. The staff, although overwhelmed (we went on a Friday evening, it was full), served us impeccably. Wide choice and excellent quality for the pizzeria, we will return to try the cuisine

20/11/2023: It's hard to find fried food like this, even in the best restaurants, take-away only, there is the possibility of sitting at some beautiful (made with pallets) tables, three inside a small room and others directly in the alley.
Highly recommended.

02/04/2024: Excellent ice cream but the staff are a little too cold due to working there. If you ask for cremino and bounti why do you put them backwards? Furthermore, the one underneath is softer and in fact risked falling. While he was putting together the cone I asked him to fulfill my request but he pretended nothing had happened and started talking to the customers in the back even though my son had yet to order. The writing in italics makes the tastes illegible to dyslexic people. After we ordered he pointed out to others that there were other flavors in addition to those displayed but not to us who were choosing. Probably like all tourists we annoy the Ligurians.
€3 the cone is worth it all but I will hardly return
