11/08/2024: Old-fashioned hotel, very quiet, where you can breathe an atmosphere of times gone by. Comfortable bedrooms with bathroom, even for just one person, at very honest prices. Family run by friendly people without affectation. Go there while it stays that way.

24/08/2024: Very beautiful location, it is located in the port of Varazze and enjoys an excellent view. It's a shame about the long wait before receiving the dishes, which among other things were served cold, and starters and main courses were brought to us together.

27/08/2024: Stopped several times for breakfasts, lunches and aperitifs, excellent menu with various alternatives, the staff is very knowledgeable, I recommend a gin in the evening...excellent bottles

16/08/2024: Nice place, as the music is, it's a relaxing environment. The brioches are rich in cream therefore highly recommended! The only flaw is the rudeness of the employees, already annoyed in the early morning...

23/06/2024: Il Cala Loca e’ un posto stupendo e magnifico tra Cogoleto e Varazze immersi intorno alla natura e con il mare” bandiera blu” con un acqua cristallina di fronte… Dove ci si può rilassare sia in spiaggia che nelle aree relax e zone picnic scendendo dalla bellissima scalinata con una vista stupenda che ti porta al ristorante e nella bellissima spiaggia sempre curatissima e sempre pulitissima. Il personale sempre molto gentile e sempre molto attento ad ogni richiesta ed esigenza del cliente. Il menù preparato direttamente da loro con la cucina a vista sempre molto buono con tantissima scelta per tutti i gusti di ogni cliente. Consiglio a tutti il Cala Loca per una giornata di puro relax… Ciao e alla prossima Cala Loca

18/05/2024: Avevo bisogno di staccare la spina dalla frenesia di Milano, dal continuo correre, Cala Loca è stata davvero un 'esperienza unica che è andata oltre alla mia immaginazione. Un luogo magico dove tutto vibra in modo diverso e che mi ha peresso di rilassasarmi e di entrare in connessione con l'energia del mare. Ho trovato tutto quello che desideravo e ancora di più. Grazie a tutto lo staff!

15/03/2024: We went for dinner and had a great time. Amazing and varied sandwiches, with delicious meat, we were really satisfied. A very pleasant evening!!

28/07/2024: I booked a single room for one night via booking. Definitely an excellent location near the seafront, nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the hotel either. But the structure is really old. There is still carpet, the room is very small, the bathroom is one square meter. The shower looks like it came straight from the movie "The Country Boy", furnishings and furnishings from the 80s. I spent 105 euros, it seems like pure madness to me.

03/07/2024: Enchanting structure, well-kept, private, welcoming interior environments. Peaceful, tidy and romantic outdoor garden. Very courteous and helpful staff.

04/08/2024: Unfortunately I leave this partially negative review: The place was very nice and hospitable even for our dog. If you want to eat cooked and raw fish and excellent Carpacco come here. Unfortunately we left before tasting the second course. An hour of waiting seemed excessive to us with the wine now warm and the dishes prepared hastily at our request and explanations after a long wait.. Of course, it can happen that you forget a table when you have others (like 51 for example) on which to concentrate all your attention. Too bad a sorry or a we're sorry would have made a difference. I hope in the future I can change my mind... service and attention to the customer rated 1/10

28/07/2024: Really nice find in Rimini as top restaurant options near our hotel were fairly limited. Quite expensive (pastas were 20-30EUR) but feels fancy enough for the cost, especially as you are right on the beach! I also loved the decor inside.

28/07/2024: Saturday evening dinner. Since it was full outside they gave us a table inside but there was no air conditioning. Positive start with a good starter despite the fish not being boned and, after a long wait, they brought us the first courses which however slightly disappointed our expectations.

27/07/2024: We ate horror spaghetti with seafood. The fish was of poor quality as was everything else. The place was dirty. Very unpleasant experience.

24/07/2024: We have visited this restaurant. During the week in July it was empty, the service was very good, familiar. Clean. The food well presented. Cicada songs in the background. It has its own small parking lot. You can see the sea from the terrace. Food good in quantity and quality.

26/05/2024: Last night I went with some friends to eat pizza. We had to have one pizza made again on the bottom and it was burnt on the top, we called the waiter and gave it back!!!! nor did they make another one the same way we didn't give it back to them so as not to seem boring. I'm talking about sheikh prices!!!!! Blue sea pizza 18.00 Euros eighteen euros, medium draft beer 7.00 seven euros, four seasons 11.00 Euros eleven euros and finally one, I repeat, a bottle of water 4 euros four euros a bottle of water. In summary we ate 6 pizzas, 5 desserts, 3 medium beers, a small beer and 2 bottles of water. Total 150.00 Euros, one hundred and fifty euros.
