08/01/2026: Three pizzas ordered at 8:50 PM, with full service, arrived within an hour. The order taker was very kind and friendly, while the delivery driver was reckless, with a 2°C temperature, which felt like 0°C. Honest, unpretentious pizza, easily eaten.
28/10/2025: How good guys!!! As a Ligurian, finally a place where you can come to eat and they don't growl!!! Passed!

20/03/2026: I've been to this place and had a really great time. The pizza is wonderful, the dough is light and delicious, and the ingredients are top-quality. The place is cozy, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The table service was also excellent. It was a very pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be back!

23/02/2026: My wife and I stayed for a weekend in a superior sea-view room: ground floor with a window overlooking the sea and the beach! Breakfast was right on the beach, and the location was excellent for exploring Spotorno, but also just a few kilometers from Bergeggi, Noli, and Varigotti. The room was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Excellent value for money... highly recommended!
22/02/2026: I stayed at the Hotel Premuda and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just steps from the sea and convenient for the city center. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and high-quality.

08/03/2026: Beautiful restaurant right on the seafront, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Reservations are required on weekends. Very high prices, quality food. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

Despite the high level of image and quality, the service is always friendly, kind, and attentive. Well done 👏🏻
P.S. I only found the restaurant menu a little salty, but then again, quality and location come at a price.

06/01/2026: After a long walk on Berfana Day, we came here. The focaccia was excellent, as was everything else we ordered. The ladies who run the place are very friendly. I would definitely go back. Bravo!

The fried fish was fresh and excellent; the appetizers and first courses were exquisite, all accompanied by a crisp white wine. 😋
When we're in the area, we already know where we'll eat.

12/11/2025: The place is a bit hidden and dark, but we arrived without a reservation on a Friday evening, and even then, it was always a long wait, so we were able to sit down. Huge, thin, well-topped pizzas.
It's a shame they don't do farinata!

10/01/2026: I stayed two nights with my wife at this hotel.
The room was one of the worst we've ever stayed in Liguria:
Very dated
Cold bathroom with a dangerous 3cm step
Bathroom with a tub and a sliding shower that doesn't slide
Small television
There's a refrigerator, but it's empty
On a positive note, the cleanliness.
Regarding breakfast, the croissants weren't good, very little choice, and it was the first time I'd had a toast without cheese. It could be considered an oversight, and we certainly could have mentioned it. Unfortunately, the waiters intimidated us, so much so that the other people in the room behaved the same way.
Very good location, and it's a shame!!!

So I'll never tire of writing it: fantastic Ligurian trattoria!
For those who want to eat traditional dishes, starting with the quintessential "cappon magro," you definitely have to go! I always order it when it's on the menu! And what about the stuffed anchovies? Fantastic!
And above all, the fresh fish!
And the owners are delightful!
It's small, and in winter on weekends, I think it's best to book! In summer, you can dine on the outdoor terrace in front!
Last but not least, the prices are fair!! 👏
I give it a 10! 👏
