22/08/2024: I can only agree with all the positive reviews.
After having tried many of the nearby establishments, with BAD experiences to say the least (so much so that they change every year), we found this place, remaining amazed by the extreme kindness of the lady who manages it, the quality of the food and the beauty of the establishment , small and perfectly maintained.
A big round of applause to the owner, who truly represents a wonderful example of hospitality and professionalism, and shows non-Ligurians that among the many rude and rude managers, there is someone who really knows how to do their job with a smile, making you feel welcomed with pleasure.

It is a family run business. Smart ,friendly efficient and highly cost-quality value.
Stella Maris is the best beach/restaurant of the coast.

Definitely good quality/price ratio (for being from Liguria)
Definitely worth a try, I'll be back.

Otherwise I gave it 5 stars.
Free seats with sea view. 3 not booked.
What is requested in the booking.
Seeing two men makes us put ourselves in the middle seat.
A couple arrives and tells him...
For a couple like you I would say this table
And it gives him the one overlooking the sea.
Then he goes to all the tables to ask how it was going except ours.
Maybe a little homophobic? Maybe .
Anyway...

29/07/2024: Da qualche anno frequento la spa vicina e mi incuriosiva il ristorante, così finalmente qualche sera fa ci siamo stati. Della location non parlo, basta guardare le foto; per il resto ho trovato piatti delicati e saporiti al tempo stesso, un servizio discreto e preciso. Bello poi spostarsi nella zona del lounge bar per il dopo cena, dove abbiamo gustato due deliziosi cocktails. Tornarci? Quasi un obbligo.

20/08/2024: We spent one night to see what it was like and in the eventuality of returning in September for ten days but the welcome was terrible, the apartment was neglected but the absurd thing was that the next day we wanted to take an umbrella on their private beach and I was told that since there were four of us (including two small girls) we had to take two
So when I asked to take just one for my daughters I was denied (absurd) so we went looking for another beach for our own business
We personally do not recommend it to families with children also because we are not there for the price and it is absolutely not right

12/08/2024: Lifeguard rude and totally disrespectful towards customers
He imposes rules that are convenient for him if he has to act as sheriff with the swimmers and is unavailable when they need them (e.g. he doesn't help tidy up the canoes after rental)
A real shame that such an organized establishment has staff who are completely incompetent in knowing how to relate to people
On the other hand, some rotten apples can be found almost everywhere

09/04/2024: Really fantastic and exclusive place. In summer it's wonderful and Nevio always knows how to pamper you with his cuisine. We are always relaxed at their place in Bergeggi in a truly healthy and silent environment. I recommend it for complete relaxation in the middle of the hill above the sea with amazing cuisine.

30/07/2023: Il lido è molto bello, pulito , ordinato . I proprietari ed il personale sono molto gentili. Ci siamo fermati anche a pranzo, cibo ottimo , freschezza dei prodotti utilizzati, polipo alla ligure gustoso e tenero, trofie nere con bottarga e vongole molto buone e gli gnocchetti con polipo delicati. Servizio attento e cortese. Ci torneremo al più presto

22/10/2023: Si mangia veramente bene prezzi giusti per essere in Liguria e vedere il mare... Ottimi piatti di pesce. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno dato da mangiare alle 14.30 per essere i primi di ottobre ... e il menù c'era tutto e tutto fresco... Ottimo
