Io felicissima di aver trovato un luogo dove mangiare finalmente vegano e mangiare benissimo! Il platano fritto meraviglioso...mi è rimasta la voglia. Non perché fosse poco, anzi, ma perché è diventato un sapore che ricerco. Messico e nuvole è una garanzia!

30/04/2025: Excellent place on two floors plus veranda for the summer period! Quality products. The hemp dough is special, light and highly digestible. Impeccable service. The owner is a truly friendly and nice person as well as professional. Always smiling. It makes you feel at ease. I have been going there for several years and they have never disappointed me! Super recommended.

05/05/2025: Pleasant surprise on the road from Sarzana to Santo Stefano Magra. The Panigo offers traditional local dishes: excellent testaroli (especially those with pesto!), very tasty tagliolini with white veal ragù and porcini mushrooms (well seasoned!) and very tasty Pignone sausage nail (cooked in the text!). But the braised cheek with polenta is absolutely worth trying (the meat was really tender!). Attentive service, young atmosphere, excellent value for money and considerable portions! After a second visit the opinion does not change: we can add that the ravioli with meat sauce are also excellent and that you cannot fail to try the scherpada from Ponzano Superiore!
