01/08/2025: This dinner was absolutely amazing. The night started with some of the nicest staff. They were so polite and friendly. The chef was really cool too super nice and cooked some delicious food. They were able to accommodate for our giant family which was awesome. The drinks were absolutely fantastic and paired perfectly with the food. The courses were perfectly spaced out giving plenty of time to enjoy your meal enjoy the your company and still be hungry for the next course. Every dish they brought out seemed to get better and better. Our main course was a tomahawk steak. This was the best piece of steak I ever had. It had a perfect marble it was juicy and tender. Perfectly cooked to not be chewy but not raw the perfect cook. It was served with some delicious sauces that paired nicely. Served with some cooked veggies potatoes and eggplant that had such a great flavor we couldn’t get enough. At the end we all gave many thanks to the chef and tacked for a little while. He was super nice and very appreciative. This was an amazing dinner for our family and was a fantastic night. I highly recommend anyone to come here and get the food it was unbelievably delicious. And thank you to the staff for providing us with wonderful service and making our night super fun. And thanks to the chef for making some delicious meals. We had the outdoor seating right by the levanto town square as the sun set behind us it was truly beautiful. You need a reservation ahead of time.

27/07/2025: The bakery you need! As soon as we arrived in Levanto, we headed to this bakery and it was a wonderful discovery, both for its sweet and savory dishes. The Ligurian focaccia is delicious. We wanted to go back, but unfortunately, it's closed on Sundays :(
16/07/2025: The language barrier was not a problem, the staff is very friendly and the pastries/breads are delicious. I recommend it!

And waited.
And waited.
And waited.
And then, after an hour (not exaggerating) we checked.
And they hadn’t started making it.
No explanation.
So we left.
06/07/2025: Perfecto!! What a welcoming place! Our waiter was absolutely delightful! He assisted us in ordering & we chatted about a fun Michigan connection we shared! The ambiance was cozy and the air conditioning on such a hot humid evening was the cherry on top - we sat inside watching the street in comfort. The sommelier Laura knew exactly what wines we would enjoy - she has a rare gift! The red pesto gnocchi brought back childhood memories- this was our favorite night in Levanto thanks to this wonderful group of people! 🇮🇹😊

They never asked if we were going to have dessert
And yes i am sure i was at the right place just too answer too the owners reply
20/07/2025: Extremely poor and slow service. Poor follow-up. Never asked if we wanted dessert. Took an extremely long time to be allowed to pay. Many places in Levanto that are much better. This place is not worth visiting.

05/07/2025: We visited the restaurant, not the hotel. First of all: It's a lovely setting, and the short walk through the village to get there is really nice. The food was good, but not worth the asking price. We were really intrigued by the salad as a main course for €34 (!)... What arrived was a small green mixed salad. Barely bigger than a bowl of breakfast cereal. That was it.
The service also didn't match the price. No explanation of the dishes was provided, no second glass of wine was offered, and no water was refilled. The "dessert menu" consisted only of different flavors of ice cream, two scoops for €8. Overall, a solid meal in lovely surroundings – if only it had cost 30% less.
18/06/2025: Ended up here based on Michelin website. Beautiful location right at the top of a mountain village. Friendly welcome.
We order an aperitif. 2 minutes later our starter was on the table, the chef did not want to wait.
Starter was tasty, main course absolutely not.
Price quality insufficient.

Excellent service and quality products.
The catch of the day is truly fresh and you can see it before it's cooked.
The price is a little high, but it's worth it.
02/07/2025: A place that is a bit too smart.
I chose this restaurant because it actually seemed to have slightly lower prices than other places but now I understand why. We ordered tagliolini with cod but they only served us pasta with cream, no fish. When I pointed this out to the waiter he replied that they had actually changed products, they don't like them either but they had to finish them. Not only was it clearly an excuse but also a very stupid excuse: what does it mean? That you serve customers products that you don't even like? The second course was perhaps even worse, it was supposed to be grilled calamari (nothing simpler) but they served us two frozen pieces that tasted of nothing covered in questionable sauces.
My girlfriend ordered pasta with clams, the taste was normal but there were literally 8 clams.
For all this, plus half a liter of house wine we paid 69 euros, if the dishes had been at least decent I would not have complained but the game is absolutely not worth the candle, perhaps they are used to working only with tourists who they will see only once, I doubt that a person would come back a second time.

07/06/2025: The pasta is beyond disappointing, as it comes from frozen containers. We ordered pasta to go, and the "restaurant" didn't even bother to transfer the pasta from the frozen container. It still had microwave instructions on it. And €10 per portion is outrageous. There are great alternatives in the village with fresh pasta for a much lower price!

12/07/2025: Gran selección de pizzas, contamos 68 en el menú. Servicio amable y decoración sin pretensiones. Menos costoso que muchos otros lugares en Levanto, ya que está justo fuera del centro histórico. Popular entre los lugareños y la comida es buena.
11/06/2025: Après avoir crapahuté dans les montagnes, ça fait du bien d'aller manger ici.
Lieu simple et rassurant, on s'y sent à l'aise, tout le monde est gentil et les pizzas sont très bonnes, pour un tarif contenu.

06/07/2025: Too much salt, everything tastes like salt, be careful with the salt...! Farinata, apart from the fact that it was very salty, was nothing special
01/07/2025: The farinata was delicious, and we've had much better pizzas. The service was excellent. She made an effort to speak Italian slowly so we could understand her (we were speaking Spanish and sign language).
The brownie for dessert was wonderful (a little bitter, rich, not too sweet), but the other desserts weren't very tasty.

"LA PICEA 2.0" Take Away

23/07/2025: Wow, I have been to Italy now for 9 days and out of all cities this is the best pizza I have eaten so far. Congrats to Valentino, very good guy!
19/07/2025: 1 hour wait for 2 dry pizzas, I don't understand how they have a title with this quality. I hope the restaurant offers better quality than the takeaway service which is catastrophic (waiting, hygiene, staff...).

25/07/2025: Este bar de playa ofrece las mejores pizzas y spagetti boloñesa. Ahora nos hemos alojado 2 años en Levanto y ambos años este ha sido nuestro lugar favorito para ir a lunsj. Las pizzas de estilo romano son simplemente increíbles. Muy recomendable. Siempre ocupado, pero el servicio es bueno y eficiente. Siempre logramos conseguir un espacio para 6 personas.
05/06/2025: Heel onverwacht hier terecht gekomen.
Puur op locatie binnen gegaan en heerlijk verrast door de gastvrijheid, de lekkere snacks bij de drankjes en het schitterende uitzicht.
Met als kers op de taart een prachtige zonsondergang.
Jammer genoeg is de keuken tot en met de lunch open, maar de snacks compenseerde dat wel voor ons.
