22/07/2025: This delightful little restaurant is set under the trees in the pretty little village square. An interesting menu features some local specialties which is nice to see and the family are friendly and welcoming. I had the ravioli which were delicious and my friend had the lasagne, which is unfortunately where it went all went wrong and stopped me from awarding 5 stars which is a shame. The lasagne looked lovely when it arrived but when my friend took a mouthful it was stone cold, un fact it was bordering on still frozen in the middle! The waitress apologised profusely and returned with a piping hot version, but surely this is a very basic error that should never have left the kitchen. To be fair they were very apologetic and offered us complimentary coffee but such a shame.

14/07/2025: This little restaurant is a gem. We had a nice long lunch in early July 2025. The food was fabulous. Extremely fresh creative salad. We also had a type of homemade pasta that was very different and terrific. The food was so good that we had desert, which we usually don't do for lunch. Both homemade desserts were also terrific. An added plus was that this restaurant is run by a very hard-working family with an interesting back story. Lastly, also our server (daughter of the owner I believe) had a big smile, and every request was met with "of course" and her great service to go with the great food.

02/11/2025: Excellent chef in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Traditional local dishes and quality ingredients. Good wine selection. I've been several times and will definitely return. The service is also excellent.

07/11/2025: My wife and I were hungry so we stopped at one of the first spots on our walk to the castle. I had the seafood spaghetti, 4 out of 5. The crab and one of the shrimp were too small to extract any meat but the calamari was in abundance! The real treat was the buffolina pizza and sea bass. Been here for the last two weeks, best pizza I have had yet in Italy. Great crust, passed the Dave Portnoy test! Real fresh mozzarella and a basil sauce drizzle! I wish I would have ordered the sea bass, very flavorful and great crust!

24/11/2025: The sushi is DELICIOUS and the chef and waitress are absolutely amazing. Very kind and open for a nice conversation. We loveeee sushi and this is without a doubt one of the best sushi restaurants we’ve been. If you close to here (or not😉) you should definitely visit.

12/10/2025: The farinata is excellent, the pizza in a light, crispy shovel is topped with top-quality ingredients, very digestible, a different pizza to try, I absolutely recommend booking.

The focaccia and farinata are also delicious; you can taste the care and attention put into every dish. The menu is extensive and varied, and the service is impeccable: the staff is kind, attentive, and always smiling. Kudos to Matteo and Marcello for their passion and professionalism!

31/10/2025: An absolutely magical place! We were blown away on our very first visit – the food is divine, every single dish prepared with such love and finesse that you'll never want to eat anywhere else. The atmosphere is simply dreamy: candlelight, white tablecloths, soft music, and in summer, dinner under the fig tree – it couldn't be more romantic. The staff is exceptionally warm and attentive without being intrusive. You immediately feel welcome and cared for. A particularly lovely touch: the daily changing menu is lovingly handwritten, and the hosts are happy to help with the translation and selection. A truly soulful restaurant that you'll never forget. We'll definitely be back – and we'll bring friends! Grazie mille

02/11/2025: Six Americans walking a pilgrimage route on a rainy day found their way here for dinner. We can’t imagine having had a better dinner experience. Delicious drinks and food, kind and patient service despite our Italian language inadequacies, and incredible value for the whole experience. Grazie mille for a memorable evening that ended a challenging day!

24/10/2025: An evening with friends, very good Roman pinza, the farinata could be improved but was good, good fresh beer 🍺 and good dessert at fair prices.

23/08/2025: Excellent beach resort in the beautiful Oasy area of ​​Fiumaretta. Clean and well-kept surroundings, well-distributed umbrellas. A special mention for the restaurant. Quick and punctual service....wide menu selection and superb seafood....but the specialty remains the legendary and famous Ivana beach focaccia. 👍🏻

01/09/2025: We wanted an aperitivo: two spritzes, and the bartender recommended a fritturina (a suggestion because the aperitivo pizza was sold out, around 8:10 PM). It was €10 a glass, and €20 for the fritturina! If you suggest something other than what's normally served with an aperitivo, I expect it to be included in the price of the aperitivo. Am I wrong?

20/10/2025: Whether you choose savory or sweet, it always gives you that flavour of the past, the structure in the unforgettable backdrop of Bocca di Magra with its mouth, its fishermen, the adjacent children playing and the dogs walking peacefully.
