03/07/2026: We had the pleasure of having lunch with you... 2 mixed fried fish platters and a fish appetizer... everything was fabulous and easy to digest! Congratulations! We'll be back next week! And I forgot, we also had a pizza... and that was also very good and well-topped. Well done!

29/04/2026: The price-performance ratio is really good here. We've been there twice and were very satisfied both times. Definitely better than a hotel.

07/01/2026: A very simple restaurant, with a menu and a trattoria-like approach, close to the sea but no sea view. A few tables inside, not many more outside. The restaurant menu is a bit limited (but often that's not a bad thing), plus a standard selection of pizzas. Spaghetti allo scoglio was good, and the fritto misto was very good, but also very limited and sad. If you're used to abundant mixed seafood fritti with many different types of fish, then choose something else. Prices are a bit too Riviera-like in high season; I recommend lowering them, at least in winter; otherwise, I understand the restaurant being empty on a holiday. The service was quick (but the restaurant was deserted) and friendly, but the restaurant needs a little more attention to its table setting and menu.

02/05/2026: Sidecar is like home. Aperitifs with a great selection, everyone is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable, making you feel right at home. It's a special place, and we always return with great pleasure.

01/05/2026: I've been living here for a year, and believe me, for Liguria, besides having an excellent coffee shop, you can find everything you could possibly need, a tobacconist, and everything else. Both the owners and the staff are spectacular, something you can't say anywhere else. Check it out, I highly recommend it. A top-notch for me!

Every time I come to San Bartolomeo al Mare, it's a must; the staff is friendly and the service is prompt. Recommended.
