27/06/2026: Today we visited Anna.
A wonderful person who enthusiastically showed us around the upper floor, where she rents rooms that are meticulously designed, especially with her truly original creations.
Then we went to the restaurant. Reservations are required for a few, but Anna's hospitality makes you feel like part of the family, and the food is delicious. If you want to spend a wonderful day surrounded by nature, eat, and perhaps spend the night in a refined and delightful setting, call Anna. You'll have a wonderful family day, eating wonderfully. Highly recommended.
13/05/2026: You have to go to Pentema to enjoy this home restaurant, which, as the name suggests, is strictly family-run. In fact, you feel right at home, and you might even have lunch with the owners... Excellent homemade food; for now, for €20 you get appetizers, a first course, a second course and side dish, a dessert, water, and coffee. Reservations are recommended. Please note: the restaurant is located above Pentema, near the yellow bell tower of the church above, and not where Google Maps says. To find it, search for "il giaciglio del viandante," which is a business linked to the restaurant. Enjoy your meal. Update May 2026: everything is as it was before, with a wide variety of appetizers and a warm welcome. The price has just been adjusted to €25, but it's worth it. A little tip: to help your digestion, take a stroll around the village of Pentema below: it's worth it.

27/06/2026: Excellent experience, we had a great time, the dishes were plentiful and tasty, the staff were kind and helpful.
12/05/2026: We stopped by during the Alpine gathering in Genoa. There were 4 of us. We received a wonderful welcome from the owner Roberta (if I'm not mistaken) and her brother (a pizza chef). The staff were super friendly, as were all the customers who wanted to take a photo with us. The pizza was super-top. I'll be back.

15/06/2025: Pranzato oggi in questo locale semplice ma nel contempo caratteristico in pieno centro di Torriglia
Cucina e servizio molto curati così come il menù che offriva diverse scelte..noi siamo andati sui taglierini al sugo di funghi che devo riconoscere erano eccellenti e su un roast beef con contorno di peperonata e carote e zucchini in agrodolce.
Ottima la calda torta di mele
Sicuramente tornerò volentieri e lo consiglio anche per il giusto rapporto qualità prezzo

02/08/2025: Torriglia's No. 1 canestrelli biscuits have always been there. Without taking anything away from the others, Flavia's canestrelli biscuits are Flavia's canestrelli biscuits. The variations are also delicious—with cocoa, chocolate, or chestnut flour—but it's almost a shame to overshadow the unmistakable flavor of the original canestrelli biscuits! And the crostata, Baci di Dama biscuits, Torta Regina biscuits, and amaretti biscuits are always top-notch...all fabulously delicious!
03/07/2025: To judge, you need to try, and I tasted Torriglia canestrelli purchased from no less than five pastry shops.
In my humble opinion, Pasticceria FLAVIA took first place overall.
Congratulations to the owners, Federica and Ilaria, as well as to all their collaborators.
