23/01/2025: Sono tornata ieri sera a cena in questo ristorante che ricordavo buono e devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo in tutto. Bella la presentazione dei piatti, l' abbinamento del vino consigliato dal titolare perfetto. Il dolce delizioso. Un ristorante ottimo.

20/01/2025: Pranzo in questo piccolo e accogliente ristorante dove abbiamo trovato una cucina di alto livello ed un servizio da 10 e lode. I 2 camerieri sono ultra professionali e gentili, difficile trovare di meglio. La cucina è anch'essa di alto livello, i prezzi non sono dei più economici ma se si considera la qualità dei piatti e del servizio non c'è nulla di anomalo.

31/12/2024: When we come to Chiavari with our family (a few times a year) we always choose the Monte Rosa hotel! The hotel has modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, but the "old" service where the customer feels pampered and even spoiled! The staff never changes and I don't know who to thank more, they are exceptional people, helpful, professional, caring and very kind! Whenever there was an unexpected event (it happens with small children!) they always helped us and solved every problem for us. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice and everything is freshly cooked. We have had dinner several times and everything has always been excellent! In the summer we always used the swimming pool which is a real pearl considering that it is located in the center!

21/12/2024: I stayed for 3 days for a sports competition, very friendly staff, clean rooms, plentiful and excellent quality breakfast, a few steps from the centre. I recommend it

15/12/2024: Indimenticabile cena di compleanno in famiglia per un bel regalo da parte di mio figlio e la sua compagna. Si, perché in questa casa i proprietari ti fanno gustare della materia prima pescata e fresca con preparazioni ottime per gusto e delicatezza. Pesci anomali per la ristorazione ma ben cucinati tipo la razza in una sala da pranzo tutta per noi Padrone di casa a servire, cordiale senza eccessi e conto coerente con l’ottima proposta, Fiore di zucchino al pagello; frittella di totani; razza alla marinara; carpaccio di nasello marinato al limone; ravioli di pasta al basilico, ripieni con gamberi e zucchine; gallinella al forno con crema di melanzane e pomodori confit; Torta cremino al cioccolato con salsa di fragole; Vermentino “Muri Grandi” di Luni - Federici; focaccia casalinga; caffè; sherry di vino con foglie di amarena. Elenco ricco per una cena difficile da dimenticare.

25/01/2025: If you are someone who loves small portions, avoid this place. Here you eat a lot and well. It may not be a multi-starred restaurant but the food is excellent and of excellent quality. I recommend the truly delicious appetizers. Gulf fry well fried and not very greasy. We will be back for sure

17/02/2025: Ordered four pizzas delivered to my home on the evening of Friday 14 February which I'm still waiting for now...never arrived. Congratulations, at least you could have had the decency to warn me. And as if that wasn't enough, you purposely disconnected the phone, the line was busy from 9am onwards. Congratulations again

16/02/2025: 40 minute delay, if I hadn't called to find out where they were at no one would have informed me. Pizzas arrived cold and one was missing an addition that I had requested, paying the supplement of one euro (it's not for the amount but it's the principle) I call the pizzeria but the phone is off the hook, like this for the whole evening. Contacted on instagram and no response. I had to write to the pizza delivery man who had called me, luckily, otherwise I would still be waiting to speak to someone. Unfortunately we still couldn't agree on how to do it, since I don't think I'll order again. The pizza is good, I've had a good time many times but not this time, especially due to the lack of communication between me and the pizzeria, I'm still waiting for a response from Friday evening on Instagram

21/03/2024: Giorgione is a sure thing! Cocktails prepared with skill, excellent accompanying appetizers and an "ironic" and friendly service at the same time. If you go, sit at the table at the back near the kitchen... it's the best!!!

26/09/2024: Da anni frequentiamo La Vermuteria e non siamo mai rimasti delusi!! La gestione ha creato un ambiente piacevole, godibile in tutte le stagioni ed il locale è situato in pieno centro, in una delle zone più belle di Chiavari. I cocktails di Simone sono poesia, oltre a quelli in lista, ne prepara anche di personalizzati sul momento...si piazzano sul mio personale podio!! La cucina è sempre squisita, con prodotti freschissimi e proposte stuzzicanti, mai banali!! Si sta davvero bene in Vermuteria ❤️

16/02/2025: Good Mexican restaurant near the center of Chiavari with generous portions. However, I must report the last experience I had at dinner with my girlfriend, which left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Although we were the first to sit down, we ate last, with an hour and a quarter of waiting. Once the food arrived, due to my error in communicating an intolerance of my girlfriend, we had to send her dish back (they didn't charge us for it). It was very unpleasant to see the waiters gossiping not far from us; I fully understand their disappointment, but these things can happen and my girlfriend and I were not rude at all (at least they could have stayed out of sight). After ordering another dish, and waiting for another 40 minutes, the pieces of grilled meat arrived almost raw (the waiter didn't ask us how we wanted it cooked). I would recommend this restaurant, having been there many times with different companies and having eaten well, however this time I was quite disappointed.

08/02/2025: Excellent and plentiful, very kind, small but welcoming environment. Less than 80 euros for 4. Lots of meat, some vegetables and sauces, a Mexican bread.
