10/05/2025: Excellent pizzeria by the slice immediately outside the Porta del Carmine in Viterbo. Delicious potato and mozzarella pizza, and with the typical dough of Umbria and Alto Lazio. The margherita is also very good. The girls who work there are very friendly ❤️, it's a shame about the small place, with almost no places to lean on to eat their delicious pizza.

24/04/2025: At the gates of Viterbo we discovered this Chinese restaurant. Having just moved to live in the area, coming from a completely different part of the peninsula, we were looking for a Chinese place and I must say that Ling, the owner, really won us over. 1. She is proud of her origins (and God forbid... The Chinese were an advanced civilization when we didn't even know how to be in the world) 2. But despite this she has a willingness, a friendliness that the Chinese often don't bestow easily 3. The food is excellent and above all tastes fresh, when Chinese cuisine in Italy often betrays precisely this aspect. 4. Menu full of dishes both traditional and refined, as well as more commercial and better known to us Europeans... 5. Its tiramisu is also excellent. Honest prices, excellent service (his son Kevin, young and shy but punctual and professional, serves in the dining room) Ling deserves 5 stars. And goodbye!

28/04/2025: We went for lunch. There were 5 of us. A very characteristic and traditional place. Excellent food although a little too greasy. Only one dish I didn't like was the porcini soup. The fettuccine with cod and the goose egg with black truffle were good. Their fusilloni with ragù were excellent. For the rest, excellent and plentiful dishes. Honest prices. Friendly service.

27/04/2025: Excellent meat proposal. We took the tagliatelle with sweet and sour onions and the beef cheek stewed in Barolo. Both exceptional. The dessert also deserves an honorable mention, eggnog with biscuit, a pleasure. Highly recommended. Just a note, the interior space is quite narrow between the tables.

02/05/2025: Exceptional experience! I highly recommend trying the chickpea and chestnut soup, as well as the stews. They also have gluten-free pasta and desserts, but not bread.

27/04/2025: Driven by the reviews we read, we booked, the place was full internally, they made us sit outside. A false and unstable structure created from wooden poles and cellophane with chipboard tops as a base for the tables, with paper tablecloths. The anonymous and tasteless soups, a mediocre pork fillet with plums and a stringy fig stew. Costs absolutely not proportionate to the poor quality of the products.

15/05/2025: Recommended by the owner of our B&B we decided to try the place. We arrived without booking, there was no free table inside. Mrs. Elisabetta offered us a table outside and we had a great time. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the dishes were really good and tasty (excellent tripe like the one grandma used to prepare, perfect lamb, good side dishes and a ricotta and sour cherry tart that, in addition to being a treat, was a discovery for us). We liked everything so much that my daughter and I went back the following evening!
