23/08/2023: Personale non competente sia nel servizio sia nella cottura della carne.. Arrivano prima i contorni che i secondi una volta arrivata la fiorentina c'è la servono su una pietra fredda .... Dopo varie volte che chiedevamo al personale di scaldarci la pietra per evitare che la carne si raffreddasse ulteriormente non riceviamo risposta.... Morale della favola per evitare di buttare la carne ci alziamo e andiamo a finire la cottura per conto nostro... Mai più ... No sconsigliato di più

17/08/2023: Esperienza mediocre. Dopo aver atteso una quantità di tempo piuttosto importante, in un luogo simile alla mensa scolastica, ci arrivano al tavolo due porzioni di patate "arrosto" (molto salate, imbevuto nell'olio e mollicce), servite da due cameriere poco professionali e piuttosto scortesi, una delle quali ha addirittura sbagliato un congiuntivo. Finalmente giunti alla cassa, ci viene proposto un metodo di pagamento "Alla Romana", dopo che avevamo espressamente richiesto un pagamento individuale. 06/09/2025: Terrible experience. I booked a triple room with double exposure and a renovated bathroom on a half-board basis for a week from August 29th, paying €1,445. Before booking, my daughter went to the hotel, given the negative reviews, to ensure better service, but this wasn't the case. Breakfast, which cost €10 per person per day, included few dishes and was of poor quality. Store-bought cakes and burnt croissants, and orange juice ran out at 8:30 in the morning. We didn't like the quantity and quality of the half-board meals, so we informed them we would no longer be using the half-board option and asked if the additional half-board fee would be refunded, since we had paid for it and, in any case, the invoice hadn't been issued yet. They said no. We had to pay anyway. Why pay for a service we wouldn't be using in the following days? We sent a registered letter to the hotel to exercise our rights, and only after that did the manager call my daughter and say, "The season went well, we'll refund part of the half-board, that is, €40 per day for 4 days (which we wouldn't have used), minus the 4 bottles of water and a day spent at the beach, for a total of €32. So, €128 was refunded on a week-long half-board reservation from August 29th to the beginning of September, which cost €1,445. I'm disappointed because the location is good, but everything else is just plain lacking. Plus, the staff doesn't know how to manage customers at all. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.

14/10/2025: A nice spot to stop for coffee. The lady let me practice my Italian and was was accommodating with my order of a Coffee Americano with cream. Great service and good coffee, thought just a little spot if a quick break.
